Does NOT have Pan-Tilt-Zoom Functionality

I bought this for the specs listed in the details which says it pans tilt zooms I just set them up, there is no option for panning tilting or zooming unless you physically go up to the camera and move it. What a joke
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter. Thank god I tested it before I gave it to her. The resolution is horrible, high glare, washed out looking, EXTREMELY slow, Not responsive to touch at all, I had to touch items 3 times to initiate any actions. The speaker is so soft you can't hear it unless you turn it backwards to you, speakers are on the back. I am def. returning.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SEE MY FAMILY AT HOME WHILE IM AT WORK
I have a $50 foscam ip camera mounted on the wall. I can see my home anytime, via iphone, android or computer. it pans, tilts, takes pictures, perfect, and easy to setup with a little computer knowledge.
