First off, let me start by saying that this game will be released for $40, not $60 as this site is claiming. Now then, this is the franchise that single-handedly brought the Xbox to massive popularity, and this is the game that started it all. I cannot wait for this to release. Anyone who calls themselves a true halo fan will be picking it up. The original graphics are being remastered to fit in with the Reach world, along with seven Combat Evolved maps being added to the Halo: Reach multiplayer. If that isn't good news, then I don't know what is. Some people are having a hard time dealing with the maps not being included on the same disk as the Anniversary Edition an instead being added to Reach. Those people are what I like to call ignorant. In terms of finances, it is by far the smartest thing for Microsoft to do. Like I said, it makes no real difference to true Halo fans because we already own Reach. Win-win as far as I'm concerned. Overall, this game will definitely be worth the $40 that Microsoft is asking for it. Some of you may not agree with what I've said, we are are all entitled to our opinions. See you all on release day!

I'm a Halo fan, Combat Evolved being my favorite out of the 3. I can't remember how many hours my friends and I spent on Halo CE multiplayer. When i heard that this was happening, i was super excited. That was until I found out that the best part of the game (multiplayer), was just going to be the Halo Reach multiplayer with Halo CE maps included. Halo CE's multiplayer is the best part of Halo CE and to leave it out is insane. Halo CE multiplayer over XboxLive would've been awesome and a dream come true for many HARDCORE Halo fans, but somehow Microsoft has failed us once again.

this is mw2.5 ,, but i can see why . It is a sequel so it would be needed to continue the story on modern warfare . In the next call of duty there will be likely an improvement to the gaming engine or a whole new engine. Going up against the frostbite engine , they look pretty lame, (I've noticed a slight difference between the graphics between Mw2 & Mw3 , the colors are a but crisper and has more contrast.. you will benefit from these graphics if running a 120 - 240 hz tv with a 3d surround system) ..

It is fact that the CoD series has used the same game engine since 2005, only tweaking the engine a bit between games.

I hate making reviews for games that I have not played or has not come out yet but this looks like a game worth writing a little about. From watching numerous trailers this game looks like a beef'd up Fallout type of game and I love Fallout. This game pretty much grabbed the same concept of Fallout and added vehicles and different types of Bots. Looking forward to playing this game on Hard. It does look like a game worth purchasing. We just might have too wait and see.

I wouldn't really say that it's like Fallout. The only thing that they have in common is the post-apocalyptic story. This is an Action game, whereas Fallout is an RPG. This game looks great, but will be MUCH shorter than Fallout, and have far less game customization.

@InfiniteZero - We all know that they are different storylines. They are still part of the franchise and Halo universe. There is more to said universe than what's shown in the games. Reach and ODST play significant roles in the novels, which were overseen by Bungie. Having said that, they count toward the overall total of games. Just like when 343 puts out their next trilogy, the total will be 8. Yay for math!
