Excellent video quality but the camera film editing doesnt pay close enough attention to his finger work and fails to properly showcase his accompaniment..
Excellent audio quality on a Marantz 5004 receiver/amp and matching blue-ray player through 2 PSB Image T6's.
I have two complaints: Stevie Nicks's short and shallow performance seemed unrehearsed. It's a shame that her marvelous talent was not showcased and therefore had no affect on the content quality. She does no instrumentation. Secondly, The length of the DVD and show was very short leaving me saying "is that all there is"? Extras consists of only two songs and no interviews

I have had the T1-30 IIS since it first came out years ago. I just now have to replace the battery. It is difficult to remove and harder to find , but the calculator has been the most dependable I have ever seen or heard of.
What's great about it: price and dependability
What's not so great: finding a replacement battery
This album (CD) is by far, the best I have ever heard. The piano is magnificent through out the record. The acoustic guitar is fantastic and as pure as any sessions/studio musician could ever play. The lyrics lift this album to a level of no other that I am aware of. If you have 4 thousand dollars or more tied up in your stereo system as I do, you may find the increased price of the SACD (Tea for the Tillerman) to be worth it. I do.

Listened to the Blueray disc on a Marantz AV 5004 with 2 PSB T6's I have never seen or heard a better quality disc. The film editor keeps the video from getting flippy . Eagle Rock knows that people are there to watch Jeff Beck's guitar work and keeps the camera there long enough to appreciate his incredible right hand multi tasking. My only complaint is that the camera didnt show enough of Jeff's surprize when Jimmy Page gave him a standing ovation. There were several other guitar gods in the room and the camera failed to show them applauding as well. (ie. Brian May, Bon Jovi)
What's great about it: The film editors keep it from getting flippy
Marantz 5004 BD player Marantz 5004 AV reciever PSB T6's This SACD (hybrid) is the best audio quality CD that I have found Tea for the Tillerman is his best "album" (IMHO) if you like the song " Father and Son " you will like the rest.
I completely agree with the first reviewer. The quality of the sound and video is unsurpassed. The sampling of the Moody Blues music is satisfactory to even the most ardent fans. My only complaint is with the film editor. He doesn't stay on the guitars long enough to really appreciate their brilliant talent. The editing is still far better than most.
I bought this DVD to see and hear one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Didnt happen. Carlos played very little and when he did, it was nothing but "background". Dont waste your money.
I would have given this BD concert 4 stars if the film editor had stayed on the guitars long enough for guitar fans to marvel over these two fantastic guitarists. I never new Steve Winwood was such a great guitarist. Like most concerts, the film editing jumps all over the place and stays on their faces too much. sound and video quality is superb.
What's great about it: sound & video quality, fantastic talent
What's not so great: Film editing that doesnt stay on the guitars enough.
I watched and listened to this dvd on a Marantz 5004 receiver and matching BD player with PSB Image T6's. I used the DTS Master audio setting. WOW WOW WOW ! Never heard better quality sound ever. The camera work was superb. Did not jump all over the place but stayed on Jeff's guitar like they should. My favorite DVD.
What's great about it: quality and content
What's not so great: didnt interview David Bowie to get his reaction at the end. David was in the audiance.
This DVD is the second best quality sound I have ever heard on a dvd. The best is Jeff Beck at the Irridium Jazz Club. The camera work is the best I have ever seen. The camera men know what Jeff Beck fans want to see and they stay on his guitar long enough to see the smoke rise off of his fingers. This is one truly great DVD.
What's great about it: everything
What's not so great: It didnt show Brian May in the audience and also didnt show Jimmy Page until the curtain call.
The boys are getting old and the energy is not nearly as good as Live at Donington. If you want to see Angus do his signature hop in every song certainly it won't be in this concert (he just does about a minute of it in the whole show). The music still is good clean rock and roll and the stage is quite impressive. The sound quality is fair and the video quality better than in previous concerts. The mix is good, editing is good also. It seems that this concert is more about the Argentinian fans than ACDC itself! Of course this fans claim to be the best in the world, go figure. Overall if you want a good ACDC concert get Live at Donington and if you are a huge ACDC fan get this one if you don't mind spending the money but don't expect to be blown away by the performance because the energy of the earlier concerts is just not there!
