Item was purchased 4 months ago, I went to start it yesterday morning, the power light comes on, but there is no heat from the unit, and it's not percolating/ brewing the coffee. Went to BBY and was told as I didn't buy their replacement plan for 4.99 (more than half the price I paid for the unit) they couldn't assist, even though the item is within warranty. Been an elite plus member since the program started, and was premier silver for several years before that and it's very disappointing. I understand it's a cheap piece of tech, and was just for my personal office, but if it's so cheap, why wouldn't you take care of your customer if it's broken that soon after purchase? For the product, I'd recommend looking elsewhere, I've had my Cuisinart for 5 years with no issues, and I'd have to recommend Nespresso if you're willing to spend the money for it, amazing unit with great customer service! As for Best Buy, I may have to start looking elsewhere even on small purchases now that I know the customer service will be so terrible.

decent shooter, more of the same for halo fans

Bought this so my buddy and I had a coop shooter to play. After having played COD And BF4, this title struggled to get my attention. The single player was ok, as long as u don't care about story, multiplayer really lacked enough depth to hold my interest.

What's great about it: classic halo gameplay. decent co-op design. nothing overly exciting added to multiplayer, cookie cutter story mode.
What's not so great: takes quite a bit of space on HD, multiplayer gets old quick if you've played previous halo titles.

Amazing Game. If you've ever played Defense of the ancients (WC3 mod) then you have to try this game. If you haven't, The main benefit to giving it an hour of your time is it is free! Huge and dedicated online community, Massive amount of customize and upgrade options, between skins and bonus stats and added characters, this game is for anyone who doesn't want to waste months of their life building 1 character in WOW or TOR, but does want some gaming action. Requires only a decent internet connection and computer, I highly reccomend this game.
What's great about it: Intense Gameplay, Decent Graphics, Loads of upgrades, Great community
What's not so great: A few Flamers,trolls, and unsavory people, as with any online community.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just downloaded the playable demo and I have to say it Rocks.. I mean the graphics are amazing and the best is the total control of the punches. You can throw any punch you like in any direction. The similarity of the boxers is outstanding. The only bad thing is that they brought back the button punching, button smashers are gonna be able to cheat again.

Will the story mode live up to the hype?

For the first time in the series, they have a story mode with a bit of rocky/undisputed (cheesy ving rhames/wesley snipes). Looks good from the previews, check it out if you haven't yet. Also the online support looks much better than FN4, with belts up for grabs and camp battles. Excited to see how the new additions pan out once the game is released. Check out the demo and throw down from a distance with ali's jab or go inside and land haymakers with tyson.

can i play net flix on play station 3
yes, it used to require a disc to play, but since microsofts license ran out with netflix, now you just dl the program and log in. Much easier than it was six months ago. Enjoy.

IF it's a blu ray problem (which is normally the issue) standard charge from sony is 119.99 plus s/h. :*(. If it's a wireless card issue it typically runs 40-60 plus s/h. if it's a motherboard/gc issue and you bought a refurb, it's time to buy a new unit. Sorry mate.
