Strongly Recommended - Save On Monthly Modem Rent

Had Optimum Online for years and used the same DOCSIS 3.0 modem (surfboard) and I switched to this modem from TP-Link a few days ago. No issues and getting the same exact speeds.
** Note that if you cannot get it to connect when you first turn it on, press the reset button for 15 seconds to reset it and it should connect with no issues. Had this "issue" when trying to connect to Cablevision/Optimum and eventually got online after speaking with TP Link. Hope this helps someone out there! **
