Walking Dead: The Complete Third Season [Blu-ray/DVD]

The third season of The Walking Dead finds Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) taking on a more dictatorial role than in the past as he and the group work to make an abandoned prison their new, fortified home in a zombie infested world. However, they soon learn the harsh lesson that they must fear fellow survivors in addition to the walking dead, as a new threat rises in the form of the megalomaniacal "Governor" (David Morrissey) and several surviving prison inmates.

I loved these shows in reruns as a kid, rushing home to watch every afternoon after school. This set has some nice extras about the show. The discs are very bare bones - no pictures of the cast members on them as I've seen done on other 60's dvd sets. And we all love that theme song don't we?

Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed watching the movie, wanted to see it for years, but it is not a good movie. Just like cat women on the moon only not as interesting or coherent. Always wanted to see the monster of the movie posters and he was a terrible disappointment. The movie is in my collection, glad I own it but it is not a good movie.
