Amazing.

Sonata Arctica is a fantastic band, and this is a great album for anyone who liked their previous work. Some people claim that this album lacks any hooks and such, which is supposedly what made them great to begin with, but I feel that the simplistic style of their music on this album is really quite amazing.

Aside from this, BestBuy shipped much faster than I believed they would. This album arrived at my house on September 16th (Ordered on the 10th, with basic shipping), even though it wasn't released in America until September 22nd (Finland and Japan had September 16th release-dates), which gave me time to listen to it quite thoroughly before the concert in San Francisco on September 19th.

Even if you don't like the Metal/Hard Rock Genre, this CD is definitely something you should look into. It's not so heavy as some of their previous works (Wolf and Raven), but not too light to be considered rock-ish.

What's great about it: Great band, great album, not a bad price, got here before the release date.

What's not so great: No 2-Disc Pack (Which is available from Sonata Arctica's Website; second disc is orchestral).

I would recommend this to a friend!
