Horrible movie. Complete waste of time. Don't bother watching unless you enjoy being bored...really really bored. SKIP IT

An attempt by the "Assylum" to cash in on confusion with "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Huner", which this movie is NOT.
Poor acting and several plot holes, painful to watch at times.
Don't bother with this movie.

What's great about it: Such bad acting you might laugh...or cry.
What's not so great: The whole thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good movie that causes you to use your brain.
Can be creepy and scary at times if you allow yourself to be enveloped by the film.
If your looking for a bloody horror flick, his is not it...this movie requires you to think.

The 13th Warrior, a rousing adventure tale that uses the "stranger in a strange land" theme by placing a Moor courtesan amongst a pack of Viking raiders in the European Dark Ages, looks and sounds great on DVD, with a widescreen presentation and 5.1 Surround Sound that replicates the big-screen experience. It is disappointing, however, that the DVD contains few extras, just the standard trailer and language subtitles. An epic like this begs for some deleted scenes and production notes, while a commentary by director John McTiernan on a reportedly rocky production that took years to finish would have been a welcome addition. A sleeper, The 13th Warrior provides lots of swashbuckling adventure that is scarce in today's action genre.

Great movie if you're looking for fighting scenes with a lot of action and grand scene.
If you're looking for a very strong plot, look somewhere else. Falls short here.

Too much action and not enough acting.
You are bombarded with so many action sequences you never really get a chance to adjust.
Fun to watch but seemed too over-done.
Too much of a good thing is not always good.
