Beautiful picture, dim corners

Internet Connectable?No
This tv has pretty much everything I needed and on sale it was at a price I could afford. Got it in the mail a few days later and set it up. Loved it immediately. However I noticed that all 4 corners are darker than the rest of the screen. Hoped it wouldn't annoy me but they are quite noticeable. Am planning on going down to my local BB and check out the store model and see if it has this issue as well. Didn't see anybody mention it here so figure it must be abnormal. Will probably exchange it for another one early next week.
My Best Buy number: 2516443722
What's great about it: Beautiful picture/colors
What's not so great: All 4 corners are dimmer than the rest of the screen.

Plugged it in and it worked just fine. The next day it wasn't working anymore. I could not get them to link up again unless they were in the same plug. Will be returning and trying a second set just because they are so cheap.

Great price for a good cartoon

Johnny Test isn't my favorite cartoon but at $10 you can't pass it up. Comes with the DVD's in paper sleeves which are fairly cheap. Already ruined one of them.

Terrible reception, lots of dropped keypresses.

This keyboard has terrible reception. I tried the receiver behind my pc and it dropped key presses like crazy and I am only about 5 feet away with my pc up on top of a table. Moved the receiver to the front usb and it is a lot better but still at about 4 feet away it drops a lot of key presses. Especially if the pc is busy at all it won't respond. Useless.
What's great about it: Size, feel, looks
What's not so great: Reception

Fan and non-Fan's of Ghostbusters will enjoy it.

I am really enjoying this game. It has its faults but overall is very fun and worthy of the name Ghostbusters. I am on my third playthrough right now on the hardest difficulty. It does however lock up my 360 every once in awhile (3 times so far). Mainly does it when I am destroying the environment.
Also the ghosts all seem to have an AOE type of attack and doesn't need to hit you directly in order to knock you out. There have been many times where the whole team was too close and was wiped out by one attack. Be ready for a lot of reloading due to this.
What's great about it: Atmosphere, story, fun
What's not so great: Freezes, AOE attacks from Ghosts

I absolutely love this game. It is one of my favorites. I am now playing through it on my third time. This time on Nightmare Difficulty.
What's great about it: Good thriller without a ton of gore.
What's not so great: Not that hard of a game even on Nightmare.

If you like slapstick this movie is for you

I loved this movie. I rented it and laughed my head off the entire time. If you are into Three Stooges slapstick type of humor this movie is for you. It has a pretty predictable story line but I don't watch comedy's like this for story. I am definitely buying this ASAP.
What's great about it: Funny
What's not so great: Typical, predictable story line.

Buy the DVD instead

Like others have commented the quality of the transfer was not that great. Probably could have gotten just the same quality from a upscaled DVD. Also like one of the other posters said you have to turn on subtitles otherwise you don't know what is going on through half the movie. The DVD automatically subtitles the foreign language parts while this one doesn't. Basically I wish I hadn't spent $10 on it.
What's great about it: It's on Blu-Ray and it is the Stargate movie!
What's not so great: Pretty much everything else

This NETGEAR Nighthawk D7000-100NAS router features a VDSL/ADSL modem for fiber broadband and works with select DSL Internet service providers. Wireless-AC speeds up to 1900 Mbps promote rapid data transfer.

What type of of things does it do best with?

is it meant for Gaming, Streaming, or Remote connection or all of them them?
Basically all of them. Although I would never game over a wireless connection myself.

is this compatible with AT&T DSL (not Uverse)?

I currently have AT&T DSL Netgear modem/router and my new amazon ECHO keeps dropping
the connection.:
1. is this compatible with Netgear B90-755025 AT&T modem/router?
2. will th is support the ECHO along with 6 other devices (phones, laptop, ipad,Directv)?
This device would REPLACE your ATT DSL router/modem. The only way to really know if it is compatible is to buy it and try it, when I setup mine I remember seeing AT&T listed in the settings. Just keep the receipt so you can return it if you can't get it to work. Was supposed to work for my area too but it didn't for me.

Another options is to disable the wireless on the ISP provided modem/router and buy a new wireless router just for handling wireless in your house. Asus makes top notch wireless routers now.

How do I know which router to choose that would work with Verizon fios 50mbs.

FIOS I believe is limited to what the ISP (ie Verizon) provides. I don't believe there is any standards for FIOS. What you can do is disable the internal wireless on the FIOS router and buy a new Wireless router to handle that portion. If that is what you are asking then ASUS brand routers are highly rated and loved by the techies out there, like the RT-AC68P or the RT-N66R.

best speed for netflix

Looking for a router for solid netflix reception. Also eventually for gaming.
Gaming isn't great via wireless. To get the best ping rates if online gaming you want Ethernet/Wired. If you can't do that then Powerline works well with a slightly longer delay but not nearly as much as Wireless. I use the Netgear XWNB5201-100PAS myself.

On Youtube look up NCIX Tech Tips #52 where it compares the ping of the three different techs.

What kind of distance can you expect?

My current Wi-Fi is getting older, but works fine, covers the entire house (single story). Was hoping a new one would reach my shop in the back yard. I understand physical limitations vary, but what kind of range can you expect with the Nighthawk and how much more with the booster?
I have a older Netgear WNDR3700 with no external antenna's, and my ISP provided Actiontec Q1000. I found in my house to have ZERO extra distance with this router compared to either of the previous mentioned routers. I ended up just buying a powerline extender to do what I wanted instead and returned this.

The NETGEAR Dual-Band N600 Router with 8 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem with N600 simultaneous dual band WiFi router and integrated DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem, provides 8x faster download speeds, up to 340 Mbps. It's CableLabs DOCSIS 3.0 Certified to work with U.S. cable Internet providers.

Can I use this with my Xfinity business router?

my small one man ofice has concast equipment and my router is shot. The modem is comcasts - so i have this router I will bring in and hope to hook up. Will it connect and work?
It should work if you are only getting Internet via Comcast. If you also have TV and Phone and that combo box died, then you will need a new one via Comcast. This will support only Internet.

Can this device when connected to the TWC provider deliver lan as well as wifi service

Yes, it supports WI-FI and LAN (only 2 LAN ports though so you may need a secondary hub if you need more than 2 devices hardwired into the LAN).

Asus RT Ac68U and Ac68P

What is the difference in a Asus RT Ac68U and a Asus Ac68P
AC-68P has a faster CPU in it which appears to be the main difference.
