I don't know what this guy's talking about, this movie was great! Just like Chistianity, Satanism also has many branches and many different interpretations. This movie explores one of those branches. I've studied numorous religions including this one. Some of the interpretations of this vastly growing religion are not what people think, nor are they what was interpreted in the film. Like I said, this movie delves into just one of the many different practices of Satanism, and just one of it's many theoretical rituals as presented in many of the books on the subject written over 2,000+ years. In fact, this religion predates Christianity, (many people don't know that.) This is a very intriguing film that I recommend to anyone interested in films of the occult. Also, you should check out Crowley and Necronomicon.
This was a really good movie, better than I expected. Great performances by the cast, especially Kevin Costner. (I always liked him as a bad guy.) The plot is very intriguing and has a great twist at the end. I definitely recommend it!
What's great about it: Very intriguing with a great twist at the end.
If it wasn't for the special effects, I probably would've stopped watching 30 min. into it. This movie has a pathetic plot and poor acting. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought Disney did this. I watched it with my two little girls, they loved it! Me personally, I thought it was almost as bad as Twilight, (which they also liked.) Like I said, if you're under 12, you'll like it. For everyone else, save your money for a more mature film. For those of you looking for an annoying movie for your kids, I recommend Sweeney Todd, Repo: The Genetic Opera, and Blood & Chocolate.
What's great about it: Good special effects.
What's not so great: I didn't realize it was a kids movie.
This was a great movie, one of the best of the series! This movie will creep you out. It's very intriguing and has a great twist at the end. I definitely recommend this movie, especially to Dario Argento fans!
What's great about it: Very creepy, great twist at the end.
This is one of the most disturbing films I've ever seen. I love it! I'm a fan of Takashi Miike's, he knows how to get under your skin. This is horror at it's finest. If you call yourself a horror fan, then you've got to get this movie!!!
Sleepy Hollow, Tim Burton's evocative, somewhat grisly adaptation of the classic Washington Irving story, comes to DVD with one of the most lavish and fully realized presentations yet for a Burton film. Starting with a widescreen, anamorphic transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 and Surround Audio, the disc also features extras like an engaging and informative commentary by Burton, cast and crew interviews, biographies/filmographies, a photo gallery, the theatrical trailers, and a "making of" featurette. The commentary and interviews are especially entertaining, revealing how much camaraderie Burton has with actors like Jeffrey Jones, Johnny Depp, and Christina Ricci. Though separate, more in-depth sections on how the film's special effects were achieved would have been nice, the featurette covers enough of Sleepy Hollow's behind-the-scenes work to make it worthwhile. Along with the DVDs of Edward Scissorhands and Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, this disc plays to the strengths of Burton's quirky, visually striking directorial style -- and also suggests that deluxe versions of Batman and Batman Returns will be even more impressive.

This is a great legend turned movie, as only Tim Burton can do. I love the Johnny Depp and Tim Burton combo, and even better there's no singing. Ignore the guy that said he didn't like it. If you read his reviews, he doesn't like anything. To everyone that's not as negative, you'll love this movie. Fun for the whole family, my little girls loved it. I highly recommend it! Also, some other great Depp/Burton films for families are Edward Scissorhands, Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and his newest Alice in Wonderland.
What's great about it: Johnny Depp and Tim Burton!
This is a great 2 pack for Cusack lovers, great price too. Two of his funniest movies, I highly recommend it! Also, some other great Cusack films are War, Inc., Pushing Tin, Ice Harvest, 1408, and Con Air.
Mike Newell's quirky comedy about airline traffic controllers, Pushing Tin, comes to DVD with a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. English and Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a theatrical trailer. This is a by-the-numbers from 20th Century Fox that will satisfy fans of the film, but will not help it find a wider audience.

I love this movie. It's humorous look at one of America's most stressful jobs, an air traffic controller. John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton head the cast along with Angelina Jolie and Cate Blanchett. This is a great movie with a great plot, I recommend it.
What's great about it: John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton.
I didn't have high expectations for this because I thought it would have a bunch of singing. I was very pleased when it didn't. I watched this with my two young daughters, we all enjoyed it. I highly recommend it! However, you'll probably end up watching it in 2D like we did. The 3D glasses they give you are cheapos, they make everything green. Some other great kids movies my daughters love (that unfortunately have singing in them) are Sweeney Todd, Repo: The Genetic Opera, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
What's great about it: A Tim Burton film with NO SINGING!!!
What's not so great: Cheap 3D glasses, everything was green.
