I recently purchased a new computer and it came with 8gb's of memory but I want to increase performance. PNY has always had great products and their prices are very competitive compare to other brands. Installation was easy and the computer recognized it immediately. I now have 16gb's of memory and will add another 16gb's in the near future to max it out. Very happy with purchase!

I purchased this monitor at the same time that I purchased my HP 500-164 Desktop computer. The monitor has 3 different ways of hooking it up to a pc. It comes with the standard VGA cable and the DVI-D cable. There is also the HDMI slot available but the cable does not come with the monitor. The monitor has great color and at 23" it's a big screen. Very easy to set up. I used the DVI-D cord to my computer. Lots of different settings within the included software. Great monitor for the price!

I knew from experience in the past that adding a sound card makes a huge difference compare to the onboard sound. I forgot exactly how much of a difference it made! Installation of this sound card was fast and easy. Creative has always been at the top of the pack for sound cards and this one is no different! The sound is absolutely incredible!! I have a Creative 5.1 speaker system and the surround sound is awesome. All the software that it comes with is a lot of fun to play around with. To me this is probably one of the best sound cards and software that Creative has ever come out with! I'm so glad that I made this purchase! Keep up the great work Creative!!

The bottom of your briefcase may not be the most hospitable place for your portable hard drive. Protect your drive from scratches and bumps with this hard shell case that features a soft lining.

I cannot get the monitor adjustments to work
Please advise since I need to dim the monitor. Thank you.
If you installed the included software, there is a program called "HP My Display". If you open that program, there is a tab that says "My Levels". There you can adjust the brightness and contrast.

Do any of these new computers provide Windows 8.1 instead of Windows 8?
If the system has Windows 8 installed you can get a free upgrade to Windows 8.1 from the Windows website. IT'S FREE!!

I have a HP desktop 1TB with hard drive failure what's the best and least expensive way to resolve?
Best Buy has a 1 TB Western Digital hard drive for around $80.00. Western Digital is a very reputable company that makes good hard drives. I'm not sure how much they would charge for installation but if you know someone that is good with computers it's an easy installation.
