The phone talks everything I do. I hit the home button and it says "home button" for everything I touch! Also I can't click on anything. I have to touch everything 50 times before it works, if then. I tried 15 mins to putting my name. Each try came out

To go to Accessibility Settings on your phone, do the following: Go to your Home screen, then tap the Menu button and select Settings. Tap the My Device tab. Scroll down the screen to see your phone's Accessibility Settings. Once you're there, you can change your Accessibility Settings.
