Great phone but don't buy this one

The S7 works really well. But the unlocked phone has not been updated yet! Android had been on Nougat for two months, Samsung pushed updates to all other versions through the carriers. But the unlocked phones have been forgotten and neglected. Not even an ETA. Apps are written for the new OS. Get your phone through a carrier. Really disappointing.

I wish my tablet was as advertised. Seems to run fine. I would have given it at least 4 starts. But for some unknown reason, the system splits the internal storage into two partitions, both labeled "internal storage". One of those has only 2GB of the 16GB of space. And, you guessed it, all the apps go to that small space! So, this isn't really a 16GB tablet, it's a 2GB! I only noticed this after I got a warning that I was running out of space, after installing only a few apps. Really disappointing.

Samsung will not update this phone. They abandoned the S7 unlocked and will do the same with the one. Search the internet about this. Good luck.

Thanks for letting us know. I wish I had known this when I bought an S7 from BB. I'm not sure why anyone would rate this comment as "unhelpful" ... understand that as Google comes out with a new OS and as security updates are released, other Samsung phones will get the updates but your pretty new phone unlocked phone will not. If you love the phone, buy it from a wireless provider.
