When i was seven when it first came on, to this day, i still enjoy all of it. of coarse the romantic parts i really didn't get back then, but as a teenager now, i totally get it. i so wish i had a girl like dana tan or melanie walker in the series...kinda creepy, but thats how awesome this season is. It might not be the Bruce Wayne batman, but who cares, its better. Need to buy the 1st and last seasons though, they are awesome to. They really hit a nice stride with this set and i would recommend it to fans of batman or not fans of batman. you really forget your watching cartoon because you get so inthrawled with the characters and episodes...there are some really dark ones i got to admit. Buy it fast!!
What's great about it: It had to top the previous bat-tonns and did!
What's not so great: Not many special features or commentarys...
This release serves up all 23 episodes from the sophomore season of the superhero series Smallville, a program that detailed the high-school years of Clark Kent and Lex Luther.

I would honestly say being a fan or not a fan of smallville, that this season will get you hooked and looking forward to future seasons and since the very first episode when i was 8 or 9, when the first season came on the WB, 8-9 years ago, i'm 16 and I still watch it and still love the show. If you buy any season, this one really hit a nice stride and makes me want more and more. So, hopefully in the near future, i'll buy more sets and live all the greatest moments of smallvilles 8 year run. I think this one being the second season, thats why its so good. They already established their characters and really had to top the previous season and they acclomplished it with season 2. Buy it fast and quick...you won't regret it!!!
What's great about it: For a fan whose been watching since it first started on the WB, i really enjoyed season 2 and its awesome!
What's not so great: Nothing really...except knowing how the characters turn out in the future..lana luthor..no way
