Visually effective but not so smooth to the touch

This shaver is nice because I can use it in the shower or tub without worrying about it getting wet. It works quickly and removes hair decently. I honestly think it works best when using it for underarms. bikini area...not so great. It has a pop up blade feature that is an effective trimmer but not what you want if you are going for a smooth look.
What's great about it: Holds a charge pretty well, affordable
What's not so great: Doesn't leave a smooth finish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
