Poor sound quality

Very poor sound. Also did not fit my ear very well - could not get in tight enough to help improve the sound. However, regardless of ear fit, the music is very "bright" to the point where it will give you a headache.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not good for multi-zone

Beware that you sacrifice back surround in main if you want zone 3. Must use separate amp for true zone 2 and 3 and maintaine full 5.1 in main zone. Also, no audio from cable/satelite provider for zones 2 and 3 - only bluetooth/usb. So no music channels for zones 2 and 3. Even though Sony advertises as multi-room/multi-zone, you better have an extra amp around to hook up.
