Jan De Bont's special effects spectacular Twister comes to DVD in a package sure to please fans of F/X films. The transfer provides a clear widescreen anamorphic 2.35:1 image. English soundtracks are available in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1, while a French soundtrack is available in Dolby Digital 5.1. This disc will answer the burning question of whether or not flying cows moo differently in French. Subtitles are available in English, Spanish, and French. Extra features include a music video for Van Halen's "Humans Being," production notes, and the theatrical trailer. The best feature is the commentary track by the director and visual effects supervisor Stefan Fangmeier. Give the filmmakers credit for understanding what audiences find most interesting in this film and giving them a clearer understanding of the work involved in that aspect of the production.

After exploring the worlds of toys and bugs in the two Toy Story films and A Bug's Life, the award-winning computer animation company Pixar delves into the realm of monsters with its fourth feature. Hulking, blue-furred behemoth James P. "Sully" Sullivan (John Goodman) and his one-eyed assistant Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) are employed by Monsters, Inc., a scream processing factory. It seems that the denizens of their realm thrive on the screams of kids spooked by monsters lurking under their beds and in their closets. It's the job of Sully, Mike, and their co-workers, including sarcastic Randall Boggs (Steve Buscemi), crab-like CEO Henry J. Waternoose (James Coburn), and lovely snake-headed receptionist Celia (Jennifer Tilly) to keep the frights flowing. When Sully and Mike are followed back into the monster world by a very unafraid little human girl named Boo (Mary Gibbs), they are exiled to her universe, where they discover that such a modern-day mythological specimen as the Abominable Snowman is a fellow refugee.

This deadpan release from the American version of the comedy series The Office includes all six episodes from the show's first season, following the everyday misadventures of an extremely earnest and extremely tactless regional branch manager at a paper company, and the employees forced to deal with him.

Season 2 of the hit mockumentary opens with the hardly coveted Dundie Awards, the annual ceremony honoring Scranton employees in such esteemed categories as Hottest in the Office and Whitest Tennis Shoes. In a typical move, regional manager Michael Scott (Steve Carell) emcees the show and picks the winners-but doesn't pick up the tab. In other Michael developments, he spies on staffers' emails, mistakes an IT guy for a terrorist, burns his foot while cooking bacon bedside, and becomes a reluctant homeowner. He does manage to find some success in the dating department. He goes out with his likable real-estate agent Carol (played by Carell's wife Nancy Walls) and hooks up with his recently divorced no-nonsense boss Jan Levinson (Melora Hardin). The latter affair starts as a one-night stand but leads to a slightly warped (and somewhat imagined in Michael's eyes) love triangle between the three. In other office romances, Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) and Angela Martin (Angela Kinsey) start a top-secret love affair, Kelly Kapoor (Mindy Kaling) crushes on Ryan Howard (B.J. Novak), and Jim Halpert (John Krasinski) continues dating Katy (Amy Adams), the "hot girl" he met in the Season 1 finale. But it's Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer) whom he not-so-secretly pines for, even though she's engaged (for three years and counting) to insensitive warehouse worker Roy (David Denman). Much to Jim's dismay, Roy finds a moment of drunken clarity on Michael's ill-fated booze cruise and finally sets a date for his and Pam's wedding. Pam's thrilled at first, but then she starts thinking beyond the reception desk when a Women in the Workplace seminar inspires her to attend art school. Jim wholeheartedly encourages the idea, which is quickly shot down by Roy, planting seeds of doubt in Pam's mind about whether Roy is really the right guy for her.

The third outing of Fox's real-time drama series 24 once again follows the adventures of Kiefer Sutherland's rough-and-tumble Agent Jack Bauer of the U.S. government's Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU). Many familiar faces are along for the ride, including Jack's daughter, Kim (Elisha Cuthbert), fellow CTU agents Tony Almeida (Carlos Bernard) and Michelle Dessler-Almeida (Reiko Aylesworth), and President David Palmer (Dennis Haysbert), while a number of new characters have been introduced. Among the newcomers are Chase Edmunds (James Badge Dale), a young CTU agent who has been dating Kim without Jack's knowledge, and Wayne Palmer (D.B. Woodside), the president's brother and new Chief of Staff. The story this time around centers on a deadly biological weapon that a terrorist is threatening to release in Los Angeles. The mission to thwart the attack first takes Jack to Mexico where he'd been working undercover with a drug cartel and acquired an addiction to heroin. As the episodes continue, Jack attempts to trace the virus to the man behind the plot, and more than a few characters meet their demise. The fate of the Palmer administration hangs in the balance.

Great gift Idea

This is a great card, for anything like a gift idea. Its real easy to use, and you can use it for movies, tv shows, music, game maps, and more. This card is the same as all of the other Microsoft points card, except you get free shipping. So if you are going to order one of these cards online, I would definitely recommend this one. Also theres no tax. The only bad thing is this is expensive. With this amount, I used half of the card on the new Call Of Duty 5 maps.
What's great about it: Easy to use, free shipping, lots of things to do with it
What's not so great: price

whats difference betwwen xbox- xbox 360

i see consoles from 199 up to 399+ , i want to buy kids guitar hero ( the full band) world tour? will the cheapest console (199) run it < will i be sorry if i buy cheapest.any suggestions on which game to buy ,want guitar ,drums ,mike . thanks
Yes, all of them play the same games. It just depends on the amount of memory you want. And also some are bundle packs that come with games, extra , and many more accessories. What I did was buy the cheapest($199) and bought a used 20gb hard drive, works perfectly. And I just bought other accessories that I wanted. Some games that I recommend are depending on what you like guitar hero world tour, like you said, if you like football, Madden 09 is a great game. Also for war type games I highly recommend Call of Duty 5 or 4. But these can be kind of graphic, if you have young kids. Another fun game is Shaun white Snowboarding. Hope I helped!

Im not sure, but this happens to me sometimes too. Just not every 60 seconds. It just happens to me randomly sometimes.

Maybe, but depending on how long youve had it, you could get it free. If not that xbox might take it back and fix it for less.

A lightweight, versatile notebook computer that can handle MS Office Suite and QuickBooks - what features do I need?

How do I differentiate between the numerous manufacturers, processing speed, architecture, operating system, etc. - when what I need isa typical traveling business machine that can get high scpped broadband access to remote servers and can handle power point presentations, tec.?
Just about any laptop will handle MS office, and quikbooks. As far as the other stuff, I recommend Dell laptops. They sell Home, and office laptops. Of course they have many to choose from though. I have never had any problems with there laptops.

Best Laptop and best specs for college student

Hey so Im looking to get a laptop for college however Im on a really tight budget and cant spend more than like $500 dollars so i was looking at maybe a netbook...any suggestions?
I have never owned or seen a netbook. But from what Ive heard, they dont have as many capabilities as a laptop. Theres the Dell Inspiron 13 for $399, and the Dell Inspiron 15 for $449( I prefer).Dell is a very good brand for laptops. You can check out all of the specs on Dell.com/home/laptops.
