Gorgeous Graphics

Even if you're not a fan of anime this is well worth the money just for the opening 15 minutes. The CG is absolutely gorgeous and the camera angles on some of the sequences are awesome with it's Matrix style action. It's a far cry from the original Appleseed movie and the animation is so realistic at times it's almost hard to believe it's only anime.
You can definately see the influences of John Woo (Hostage, Mission Impossible 2, Face Off, Stranglehold) in this movie and Shinji Aramaki did an incredible job directing this anime epic.
All in all it's a great achievement in the world of CG and a visual treat that leaves you wanting to watch it all over again.

What's great about it: Absolutley gorgeous graphics. Matrix style action.

What's not so great: Mmmmm.......

I would recommend this to a friend!
