Some good features, sync really challenging!

I have a had time imagining that i am unique in that i use Outlook for my email client. Because this is so common, i never thought to ask about being able to sync my Razr w/my laptop. It;s been a nightmare to get things working ... almost there, though it took 6 hours w/Motorola tech support to make it happen.
And, in order to update Contacts you must upload in an express process. VERY frustrating! When will things all work together?
While I've never been a MAC user, I'm thinking more seriously about it when i change computers and mobile devices!
What's great about it: Size of screen compared to Blackberry
What's not so great: Lack of Sync w/Outlook
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased for gifts for my sons. I'm not a country fan; "My Wish" moved me and i wnated to share the message with my kids. Its message is one i embrace.
