This was purchased for my wifes birthday to clean up her pc. If there was an experation date on the offer, best buy and my self were unable to find it. Why didn't the GEEK honor their offer. Why didn't best buy honor the geeks offer?
What's great about it: Best buy refunded my online purchase at the local store
What's not so great: my redemption code expired with in a couple of days and they would not honor it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
