Don't buy this product. Bought 2 & were shipped without toner cartridges. Best Buy and hp would not stand behind the product and send me out the toner. hp offered to sell me toner with a 10% discount!!! Stupid when the site and box clearly states its included. Best Buy doesn't carry the toner in their inventory as of yet.

Don't buy this product. Bought 2 & were shipped without toner cartridges. I would like to change my review from one star to FIVE stars. HP stepped up and took care of the problems. I will be looking at purchasing two additional printers after the first of the year and will be considering this unit. You can not go wrong with this printer. It prints better that some we've had in the office that cost much more than this unit does.

I would just like everyone know that I would like to change my review from one star to five stars, however, I'm having trouble doing that on the initial page. I will be probably be looking to purchase two more printers after the first of the year and will definately consider this machine. They print a nice copy and probably print better than the higher priced machines we've had in the office. You can't go wrong with this unit.

We are now up to 5 of these units in our office. We thought they were great units. However, the warranty expired in October on the first machine we purchased and the fuser has gone out.. The cost of the fuser is $150 plus labor!!! All research shows that we should get up to 300,000 sheets on one machine. We have 99,000 on it and now we have to replace it. Its a good machine for home use but DON'T get if for the office.
