Cute But Dissapointed in Performance

I ordered this item to use in my garage to keep drinks cold for my husband while he worked in the yard. It never got cold. It simply was not strong enough to withstand the 80-90 degree temps in my garage in the summertime. After 2 days of waiting for it to get cold I decided to bring it inside and plug it in and see if it would work better in a cooler environment. It did get cold, not ice cold but mildly cold. I was going to return it but it is so cute that I decided to find a place for it in the house. Instead of soda I am going to use it to store mini bottles of water in my bedroom on a cute little stand. Although I could not use it as originally intended in my garage I have repurposed it and it is working out just fine.
What's great about it: Cute Design
What's not so great: Does not get cold enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cute And Functional

I purchased this refrigerator for my husband to use in the garage when he is working in the yard. I have a section of my garage set up with a floor rug, a water cooler, a large freezer and pictures on the wall. A compact refrigerator for sodas, fruit drinks, fruit cups, would complete the homelike feel that I wanted to achieve. I was concerned that the garage is so hot in the summer and the refrigerator would not be able to keep the items inside of it cold. But it did just fine. It exceeded my expectations. The sodas and fruit drinks are ice cold. The appearance of the refrigerator is so cute, right out of the box I fell in love with it. It's good size with 2 shelves and their is plenty of room for drinks and snacks. I placed freeze pops in the freezer. They were completely frozen in hours. This refrigerator would complement any den/family room, garage or dorm room. It is so cute!
What's great about it: Apperance and Function
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't need a SMART TV. This set was replacing a Sharp Aquos that was 7 years old and cost nearly 4000.00. I wanted the same level of quality picture that I had with the Sharp but costing much less money. I have experience with LG. I have a 46 inch LG in my bedroom that has a beautiful picture and a LG refrigerator and a LG washer dryer set. I have a great deal of confidence in the brand. LG, Life's Good (: The TV was easy to set up. The picture quality is awesome. I don't stream video or connect to the internet with my TV. I have Direct TV HD and I wanted a TV that I did not have to spend several hundred dollars more for features that I was not going to use. Set up was easy and to make up for the pitiful sound I purchased a Bose Solo Sound Bar. Now I have a super bad entertainment system in my den. You cannot go wrong with this TV. I don't need Smart or 3D incorporated in my TV. I love this set.
What's great about it: Beautiful Picture and easy set up.
What's not so great: Nothing so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Sound System

I purchased the Bose Solo because a sound bar would not be practical in my wall unit. I needed something that would blend seamlessly without big bulky speakers. The Bose Solo is a self contained unit that was easy to install and has awesome sound. It has a large base that allowed me to place a 55 inch TV on top of it. Once connected to the TV it was easy to set up and it made a huge difference in the sound of my new TV. I have a 20 foot ceiling in my family room and the sound was perfect. You can't go wrong with this unit. It was well worth the cost.
What's great about it: The sound and the ease of use
What's not so great: Nothing so far

Dissapointed with picture quality

In 2007 we purchased 2 TV sets for our new home. One was a 52 inch Sharp AQUOS at a cost of 4500.00 for our family room and the other was a LG 42 inch 720p at a cost of 1800.00 which we had professionally mounted on our bedroom wall. Prices were so much higher then they are now. Both sets showed a beautiful picture. You could see every detail and flaw on every frame of a movie. I started having trouble with my LG TV. It was taking a hour or more to come on but once it did come on the picture was excellent. We decided to replace it and choose this set. Our Sharp AQUOS in the family room was still going strong and my husband didn't want to have a repeat problem with another LG. We had it professionally installed on the wall replacing the LG. I am very disappointed with the picture quality. I am so use to an excellent picture with great definition. This TV leaves me wanting my old set back. I like watching TV in bed and was looking forward to the same quality of my other Sharp AQOUS. I have tried to adjust the picture but it still isn't the HD quality that I am use to. Now I am stuck with this TV for years since it has been mounted to the wall. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews. You get what you pay for. I would have gladly paid more money for a better picture quality.
What's great about it: Easy set up.
What's not so great: Poor picture quailty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have very expensive carpet and a lot of it. My carpet is a very light tan. I have been in my new home for five years and my carpet looks as clean and new as the day we moved into the house. I can move a piece of furniture and there is no difference in the carpet and where the furniture stood.
What's great about it: Deep cleans, gentle on carpet.
What's not so great: Pricey

Not All That Impressed

I have a ultra clean home, 3200 sq feet and 2/3 of it is carpeted, My carpet is very expensive, very thick and plush. I don't have any pets! I have long known that you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on a vacuum to have a clean home. I vacuum every day 2-3 times a day because I like to keep footprints off my carpet, yes I am OCD. I have owned no less than a dozen vacuum cleaners in my adult life. I didn't need this one because I already had 3 but it was on sale and I liked the detachable tank feature and the pretty blue color. I found the vacuum to be a bit too heavy plus when I had it in a nearly upright position the brush stops rotating. The detachable tank was easy to remove and replace and the canister was easy to remove and empty. BTW my other 3 vacuum's are all Bissell and have many of the same features.
What's great about it: Detachable tank.
What's not so great: Very heavy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best TV Crime Drama Ever!!!!!

We had already watched the Wire, all 5 seasons. We were already loyal fans. My husband is a 35 year veteran in law enforcement and he would always comment on how realistic the actors are. We fell like we know Bulk, Lester and the rest of them personally. The acting is outstanding, Having this 5 peice set allows us to watch it anytime we want. The only problem is we can't stop watching it. We start off watching a disc with the intention of watching one episode and end up watching the entire disc with 3-4 episodes on it. Puts me way behind in my housework. This box set is a must have for The Wire lovers and anyone who who enjoy's a well written well acted drama.
What's great about it: Everything but the price!!!!!!
What's not so great: The Price is too high!!!!!!!!!!!!

At close range is one of my favorite movies. Havng Colors as a double feature was a true bonus.
