Lower Light Output

I have a Philips Hue bridge and a number of the Hue white A19 bulbs, with which I have been very pleased. When I saw they also had these BR30 floodlight bulbs, I bought four of them to replace compact fluorescent floodlights that I have had for several years in recessed cans (6 inch diameter) in my kitchen. What I did not notice until I got home is that these are smaller (3.7 in. x 5.2 in.) than the floodlights I was replacing (4.7 in x 6.2 in.) and produced significantly less light output (just 680 lumens vs. 1150 lumens). While they were exactly as described in the specifications, and worked perfectly with the Philips Hue bridge, their lesser light output was insufficient for my needs -- so regrettably, I will be returning them. I hope that as this product line continues to develop, Philips will come out with higher- output BR30 bulbs designed for the larger-diameter can fixtures.
Enjoy your favorite jams with these Bose® QuietComfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® QC15 HEADP headphones that feature a TriPort® acoustic structure for balanced audio. The carrying case makes it easy to take the headphones on the go.
I purchased the Bose QC 15s to replace an older set of Sennheiser "on ear" noise cancelling headphones that I've had for several years. The Bose headphones are more comfortable to wear, and (at least in part) because they're the "over the ear" style, do a far better job of blocking outside noise than my Sennheisers did. Only disadvantage is that they take up a lot more room in their case, but that's really unavoidable.
