Sony KDL55W800C LED HDTV: Watch your favorite shows, movies and video clips in striking detail, enhanced with boosted contrast and real-time color upscaling. Multiple inputs, smartphone mirroring and powerful features from Android TV provide a wide variety of programs for you to explore and enjoy.
This TV feels years ahead of Samsung's or LG's operating systems. Combined with the hardware specs of the TV, it's very fast. You can instantly launch apps after turning the TV on. It has a a ton of features and the image quality is superb with Sony's image processing capabilities. Wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the built-in speakers. They are actually better for watching movies late at night than our Polk system since the bass is lower and the sound processing enhances voices while lowering other sounds.
The TV is pretty thin and has a high end finish, making it look much more expensive than it is. I haven't used the 3D features to comment.
The only reason I docked one star is because the TV doesn't get very bright, so I recommend not putting it in a bright room. Read other reviews for more details.
Samsung J5200 Series UN40J5200AFXZA LED 1080p Full HD Smart TV: Experience movies and TV shows in clear detail with powerful sound and rich colors on a screen that fits well in a large bedroom or living room. A built-in sensor measures room lighting and adjusts accordingly to provide the best possible picture.

I'm surprised this TV has so many 5 star reviews. The image and sound are great, but the usability is awful! The TV is sloooooow! Have you ever used a slow computer where you click on things, nothing happens and you end up clicking again? That's this TV. It's frustratingly slow. When you first the TV on, you also have to wait an additional ~ 60 seconds before using the apps, otherwise you get a dialog "TV is starting up. Please try again later" message.
What else? + The stand is quite stable + TV is very light + modern look with an average-sized bezel around the display + great image and decent sound with surprisingly many adjustments - The remote buttons are annoyingly hard
I'm probably going to return this as the most basic functions are annoyingly slow.
Sony BRAVIA KDL40W600B LED HDTV: Relax with your favorite movies and shows in full high-definition with this Sony BRAVIA HDTV's 1080p display that delivers crisp, clear images. Stream media easily with the Smart TV functionality and built-in Wi-Fi.
