Had been doing research for a good sound system for cheap....had an older Logitech 2.1 sound system, for my pc, that I ended up using for everything. Was checking into home theatre systems and sound bars; they were all way over priced. Wandered into the pc speakers and saw this set, they sounded good in the store and sound even better at home. They are perfect for all around use...they would bring your pc to life, hell I even have them hooked up to my flat screen in a smaller room and they sound as good as my expensive home theatre.
It is really easy to set up. Has the A/V inputs and the 3.5 jacks in the back. The only way to get the 5.1 out of it is the three 3.5 jacks made for a computer sound card. When hooked up to the red and white A/V you get a simulated surround sound that works very well. I am a tech guy and am very impressed with this little setup. It's well worth the money and can be used for all minds of devices. If you looking around you might give this set a chance.
