I bought these wheels for use with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on my Switch. Very surprised to find that this official Nintendo product had a very serious flaw:
The triggers have to be pushed very far to hit the buttons (SL and SR). It doesnt sound like that big of a deal, but it's VERY distracting and results in lots of missed button pushes. That'll cause missed item use, missed power slides, etc. And if you're holding a item behind you with the Left trigger, its easy to accidentally let up the pressure just a SMALL amount and cause the item to be release. It's not good.
Nintendo usually doesn't have problems like this, but I was quite disappointed with this product. There are much better options out there if you keep looking. I will be returning these to Best Buy today, as I have already found a much better 3rd party wheel for my switch.

Picked this up along with Mario Kart 8 since it was onsale for $15 and I'm loving them. It comes with TWO wheels and the switch controls snap in perfectly. There is also two big responsive buttons on the back.
It also provides a slightly larger control to hold on to and is much more comfortable to use if you're planning on playing Mario Kart for more than a few quick races. My 5 year old also had zero troubles using it.

Not exactly sure how you can call those buttons "responsive." They have to be pushed quite far to activate SL / SR, and its very easy to have missed button presses.

Fair enough....but I shouldn't have to modify my product to make it work properly. Especially when there's better options available. I've already returned my Nintendo wheels.
