They finally got it right

The case works great and doesn't interfere with the functioning of the phone. The speaker audio comes out of a port on the back of the case and seems to be actually louder than when the phone is out of the case. Haven't noticed any difference in the call audio with the phone in the case. The only fault I can find is with the blue O-ring on the front cover. It does not want to stay in the groove when the case is disassembled. Mine arrived with the O-ring loose from the groove at the bottom of the front cover. It was very frustrating to get it to stay in, because it's almost impossible to keep it from twisting.

Glad I went with Bose

These phones sound just as good as my QC-15s. I plan to use them at the gym and at work. Hope they hold up. I thought about purchasing one of the competing products, but I went with Bose, because of the company's reputation, and I'm not disappointed. I was able to purchase spare ear cushions and a new inline mic cord for my QC-15s two years after I bought them. The other manufacturers abandon their products six months after they introduce them to the market. You get what you pay for.
What's great about it: Lightweight, easy to use, great sound
Enjoy your favorite jams with these Bose® QuietComfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® QC15 HEADP headphones that feature a TriPort® acoustic structure for balanced audio. The carrying case makes it easy to take the headphones on the go.

Noise Cancelling Works Well

I own a pair of Quiet Comfort 2s and was hesitant to buy these because the plastic in the headband on the QC2s started cracking after 1 year of moderate use. They still work after 5 years, but the headband is held together with numerous beads of superglue. so they're not much good for travel. In the interim, I wasted money on various other noise canceling headphones, but I was never satisfied. I missed my Bose headsets. I tried on a set of these in the store, and was amazed at the fidelity and noise attenuation. The only negative: Best Buy's store display says the box includes a cable with a remote control and mic for Apple products, but it does not. The cable is 30 bucks from Bose. I place one on order.
What's great about it: Comfort, fidelity, noise attenuation
What's not so great: Apple remote control cable not included

Great Sound

The frequency response is great with my iPod Touch and iPad. I live in an airport flight path, and these things definitely attenuate the roar of the airliners on approach and takeoff. I can definitely tell the difference in ambient noise when I turn the noise cancelling on. I'll be trying them out in a few weeks on an airliner.
I have a set of Bose QC 2s, and these have far less distortion and better fidelity.
What's great about it: Comfortable, good fidelity
What's not so great: Left and right cables need to be same length.

The phone
ByGwade
I purchase an IPhone 6 and really enjoyed the phone so much that I wanted to exchange it for the 6 plus. I purchased the phone on October 30th and tried to upgrade the phone on November 12th. The associate at the store where I purchased the phone said that I was eligible to do so, but they did not have the phone in stock and suggested that I try another Bestbuy store. So I drove 35 min to the store that had the phone in stock, I waited for 40 min in that store only to find out that I was 1 day past the date to exchange the phone. Needles to say I was very upset after going on this wild goose chase. Only to get an I'm sorry and there's nothing we can do it's our store policy.

This isn't a review of the phone

Gwade's post is a criticism of Best Buy's return policy. It isn't a review of the phone.

Bad Trade In
ByKen396fromNapa, CA
I really like the phone. The only reason Im giving BestBuy a negative review is. Online it said they would give me $225 trade in on my IPhone 5. Then the guy tried to say because there is some tiny scratches on the top and bottom of the screen , from it sliding around in the case. That its poor condition and the screen would have to be replaced. The scratches were not on the part of the screen that you look threw. Then they gave me only $101 trade in. Online it says it can have some scratches on the screen and its still good condition.

Broke after 2 years
ByNope
Back light/panel went out. Spent 600 in 2013 on this and neither Best Buy or LG would offer me any kind of help since it was out of warranty. I understand the warranty being expired but I would not recommend this product to anyone nor will I be buying LG ever again. I have an old Vizio from like 7 years ago that is still going strong this should have lasted more than 2 years.

DO NOT BUY

HAD MY TV A YEAR AND A HALF AND IMAGE WENT OUT. WILL COST $250 TO REPAIR AND LG DID NOTHING TO HELP. I HAVE 5 OTHER TVS AND NEVER HAD ISSUES TILL I BUY LG. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS ISSUE EITHER....GOOGLE IT....MANY MANY OTHERS.
