Easy to setup

This HDMI receiver plugged in and setup with my Sanyo Smart TV in just a few minutes then it was easy to use with Android 6 tablet and Windows 10 tablet. It does not work with my Straight Talk Samsung J3 with Android 6. It also would not work with Google Movies and Amazon Video but great with YouTube and casting my desktop. My Internet connection is slow 50 mbps and if I have a couple of devices running that degrades the picture. I paid $49 and think that was a good price for the device.

Excellent Android 6 Tablet

Let me first point out two corretions to bestbuy.com specifications, that this tablet does have Bluetooth and does NOT have an HDMI port. This tablets perfrmance is excellent. I have several quad core tablets including a 7 inch Digiland and this 10 inch puts them all to shame. The display is clear and bright 1280 x 800 IPS touch screen that is accurate and takes a light touch. The keyboard is very nice and has many shortcut keys and a lit power lamp and lit caps-lock lamp. The power-on and volume rocker are on the top of the tablet while its docked in landscape mode and that's convenient placement. The hinge is a bit wobbly but its not bad unless you're riding in a vehicle thats not a smooth ride. The track pad performs well and is not overly sensitive, not jumpy. A power cord connets to a dedicated connector and you can use the micro USB as a charger too and can connect to your cell phone. There is a full-size USB port for file transfers, printers, scanners, etc. The cameras are basic, adequate for Skyping and general use with good light source or close up flash. Marshmallow (Android 6) has a ton of security features if you're into that (I am). My favorite app is Copilot due to my Transportation career and it works flawlessly with the built-in GPS (no internet require folks!) and the map download can be put on a micro SD card class 10 (up to 32 GB). The battery is 5000mAh and lasts about 6 hours for basic Internet (email and browsing). I could go on and on as Im really impressed. This would make a good, quality, gift too, definitely. And I will close by saying I paid $99 and the price dropped to $79 the next day and Bestbuy.com courteously issued a $21.35 refund. Im so impressed.

At $49 I think anyone upgrading to their first Android Tracfone will enjoy this device. The 3.5 inch display displays whites very well but some will find the screen is just not big enough for the activities available. But the homekey is not responsive enough and 512K is ok, runs my Copilot app very well. The phone is well built too, and heavy in the hand. I would recommend it at $49 as a good buy, a good gift for younger folks.

If you're a Tracfone 'lifer", such as myself, with Verizon 3G coverage this phone is a must have. The phone itself is perfection and that takes Tracfone Prepaid service to a new level with free calls via WiFi, that alone is worth the price. Battery life is exceptional using LG's Battery Saver with brightness control of the.4.5 inch IPS screen, which is a pleasure to view, the perfect size, bright and sharp, and responds instantly to touch and is Gorillla Glass for scratch protection. The phone's speaker is on the rear bottom and sound is pretty good, definitely loud enough during actual calls. And there is no lag, no warbling sound during calls. The phone is exactly 5 inches long and uberthin at .37 inches, very light at 4.5 ounces. The homekey is a physical key that I wasn't sure I would prefer though I'm now fond of it with it's glowing ring of colors. With it's 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor and 8 GB of internal memory it easily handles large applications. The Copilot GPS app needs one or two of those internal GB's to store maps, due to Kit Kat's permissions regarding microSD card (supports up to 32GB microSD) accessibility. The 5 megapixel camera takes great photo's and video's. Bluetooth "Share" feature transferred contacts from my old phone is a heartbeat... or two :) And the 'Share" feature is fun for sending bookmarks and photos thru Text Messaging. One fun option KitKat offers is the resizing of Icon's, making a favorite app easier to access or stand out from the rest. LG L41C makes an excellent gift as an Android phablet. Well it may appear I'm running out of things to mention but I'm not, as Kit Kat has many cool features that will make you smile :) I am so very pleased with my new LG L41C and recommend for all ages,

Great Tracfone but Kit Kat is a dealbreaker

I'm a long time (1999 Top Communications) Tracfone owner and have owned several Android Tracfones. I love 34C, a fast phone however Kit Kat won't install many apps that need access to SD card, such as Copilot. So, beware still a great phone but some will find a need to go back back to their phones with 4.0 and 4.1

will NOT connect to the internet JUNK!
By Anonymous from everywhere they are sold
I wasted MANY, MANY hours trying to register & connect the nook simple touch to the internet. I was told by customer support to return it to the store where I purchased it after MANY attempts to fix it. So I exchanged it for another one, thinking I just had a "bad one". NOPE, after just wasting another 2 hours this one took me an hour to register & would NOT hold a connection to the internet?? What a piece of ****! I will NEVER purchase another nook product! This was going to be a xmas gift for my 16 year old & I am so glad I tried to set it up before xmas, she would have been SO disappointed.

LG Ultimate 2 L41C first thoughts...
By jeep from COLUMBUS OHIO
It is a lot thinner and a little longer than the 39C, I really like the size and how it fits in my hands with the case on it, it is very thin, very slippery tho without some kind of case around it.
One thing that I notice is the screen is not as bright as the LG39C, at least on mine in the brightness of the whites.
The 39C has brighter white color, the 41C the white color seems more muted.
I could not tell this tho untill I put them side by side. Is it the brightness or something else. (resolution maybe) Just not as strong in the whites as the 39C, thats just me tho,
I do not see a (big) improvement in the (screen) if you're coming from the LG 39C in only it is nice having the larger size that works faster, smoother...
It is (very adequate), and I am very happy with it, its just not as bright in the whites as the 39C. YouTube plays back a lot better all the way around.
* (Note) *
I made my comparisons by going to web sites, like HSNs home page, it is bright and sharp and then put the two phones side by side.
The phone operates very smoothly and quite fast, faster than the LG39C when swiping through your screens and bringing up and using your apps.
I do not see a improvement of any in the rear speaker, it may be worse sounding in sound quality than the 39C.
With its higher ram, nicer processor and larger internal memory works well with the bigger screen and the ability to add a few more apps.
I noticed if you go into task manager, then settings, there is a box their that you check that auto clears ram to keep it in optimum condition. It is set now to do that every 12 hours.
I put a SanDisk Ultra 16GB Micro SDHC Class 10, none came with it. Again the 10 class is probably a little overkill here.
No micro SD Card is included.
I like the home button (positive push, It works every time, the first time ) button like the older phones, You can use the home button to bring it out of the lock screen, answer a call. The home button lights up for special things, but not so you're able to see anything in the dark to push tho,the menu and back buttons do not light up in the dark. It has multi colored notification lighting around the home button.Lights up red while charging (Red while charging and turns green when fully charged.
For missed calls it says it will light up also. I received a voice mail today and it flashed for that. It has different colors that you can choose from to set for you contacts.
One other neat little option is when your texting is that if you touch or press the (123 ) button you will see a row of little icon options. >
(Smiley face), with many of them.
(A star) that has many animal faces faces.
(A coffee cup), with many holiday pictures santa face, punkin, football, food pictures.
(A car) that has houses, cars, tractors, flags, you get the idea there are just to many to list them all.
If you use this type of option there are many choices.
I have it set for her to read (speak) my text messages when I get them, I am sure this does not help the battery life tho.
I like the camera flash on the phone and how it works with my Alert.Me app,It really gets my attention.
It does have a flashlight and I think I had to go into the widgets to find that...
The battery for myself and I am a lite user lasted 4 days using 25 percent battery power a day.
When charging up from 30 percent it had taken one hour and a half.
One hour and forty minutes from 28 percent the time before.
Could this get better after a few charges, we will see.
A one hour charge from 28 percent brought it up to 73 percent. Remember when you first get your new phone your setting it up and playing around with it to get it just the way you want it and that will use a lot of battery. At this time I am getting one more day out of the battery than my on LG39C.
It only took 10 minutes online to transfer from one of my (39C and same phone number)
My service date went from 2017 to 2020.
I remember when you had to put those multiple codes and if you missed one you were in trouble...
You have all that more room on the (longer) larger screen in the notification area but they stuck another bar (quick app) bar under the quick settings bar so you lose that room to see your notifications.
(Note card reader users) >
The (autofocus) and front facing camera should make a lot of users happy.
The camera is really updated and has a great on screen focusing aid and a nice flash, you can use the volume button, say a word like, cheese or whiskey,or tap the shutter on the screen to take a picture.
TIP! You can quickly access the Camera app without unlocking your phone first.
While the screen is off, press and hold the Volume Down Key or Volume Up Key on the left side of the phone.
Had not had time tho to judge it at this time but using the flash in a darken room it has taken some sharp clear up close people pictures. 10/25/14 I took some real sharp pictures of animals today outside, I can now say the camera is much better now than the any other tracfone and this is one thing that I was hoping for, Its small sensor that hinders it in low light but it does do better than the 39C tho. I really like it ...
WiFi and Call strength bars seems to be the same as the 39C, I thought maybe because of the phone being longer or larger it would have more antenna and (their for) have another call strength bar, but still just shows two bars here at the house like the 39C.
I am using 20 to25 percent of my battery a day on the LG41C, compared to 30 percent of the battery a day on the LG39C.
So if you are not a demanding person looking for the most cutting edge device this will be a very good upgrade or first android.

It's good for the price
By Sensei
Hmmm long story short .. it's good for the price however my personally prefer is to pay a little more to get something better.
Pro:
Affordably price.
32GB of SSD.
Perfect size for a notebook (for me i think about 10' is perfect 8' is too small 12' is too bit).
Very easy to attach or dis-attach the keyboard and you don't have to charge them separately.
Con:
Low resolution (I would prefer at least 1080p)
Low RAM (2GB is too little to use several things at once or open many taps on google chrome) i would prefer 4GB at least!
The Touch Screen and Pad mouse is not accurate (the pad is horrible)
The laptop stuck few times in weird behavior (only the first few days maybe it was during windows updating)
It's about the best you can get for $100, but if your budget allow you to go up to $200 of course you will get a better deal that solve some of the issues mention above.
I am a Network Engineer with good experience in IT Field.
Best of Luck

I'm thrilled to find an affordable 7 inch tablet with built-in satellite-based GPS receiver (does not require data connecton nor Internet ). And the GPS feature is very good and overall performance is ok, good for $40. Battery life with light browsing is about 3 hours even when the display is dimmed but I'm ok with keeping it connected to power. It has a dedicated power connector and it will charge more slowly via micro USB... using a car adapter for tablets. In the car I find the 1200 x 600 display is acceptable with the navigation app. Volume is loud enough to hear voice navigation but not good listening more than a couple of feet away and music sounds canned. Another disadvantage is Lollipop 5.1 is UNLIKELY to install an app to an external micro sd card unless the app itself opts for that (mine did). Moving pics, music, and other user-data to external storage is easy with File Manager. Since I own a Digiland model DM718M I was surprised to find this newer tablet has a startup security option before the login screen, an extra security layer (I Like). At $40 this could make a good casual gift but not high-end enough for a special occassion or a picky person.

Correction!!!
October 27, 2016
My review states there is a dedicated power connector and that is incorrect. The tablet only charges via micro USB which is provided with the tablet. I apologize for wrong info. Everything else is correct.

The description says this is an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, but the reviews say Kit Kat. Which is correct?

This is a tripple minute tracfone correct?

I've ordered this phone, but even after contacting customer service about not recieving a email conformation, no email from Best Buy. No mention is made of this being a tracfone tripple minute phone, but I was told by one on the sales people that it is a tripple minute tracfone. Is this correct?
Yes this is a triple minute phone.

Does this phone come with triple minutes

Everywhere else, this Tracfone phone is listed with triple minutes. Since Best Buy has the best price, it would be nice to know whether their product comes with the triple minutes.
Yes LG L34C has the triple minute feature that is applicable to pay-as-you-go minutes purchases.

Monthly fee

Can I get a monthly or quarterly fee with Tracfone?
Tracfone Prepaid is not available as you described. This phone requires the purchase of minutes which come with an extension of service date and those carryover as long as you don't let your service date pass.

Is this phone for use with "Tracfone" or "Straight Talk"?

Everywhere else I have seen this phone, it states it is for use with the Straight Talk plan only. Straight Talk is a subsidiary of Tracfone, or is owned by them or something, and is a different entity entirely, requiring a monthly $45 card purchase to keep the phone in use. However, Tracfone has no such "monthly" requirement. With my current Tracfone account, I purchase a $19.00 card every three months, so my costs are only $80 a year total. The phone came with triple minutes that I just roll over the balance each time I have to purchase a new $19 card. So, I really hope this phone is for Tracfone service, and not Straight Talk. Can someone please clarify this for me? Thanks much.
The one sold at Best Buy is Tracfone Prepaid at uses prepaid minutes. Straight Talk phones are only sold at Walmart or the Straight Talk website, never sold anywhere else.
