purchased 1st one november 2012, in may would not print-gave 2 error messages, called brother and advised me to take to service center. bought another as needed printer for work and had purchased extra ink-that one had paper jam on every other sheet, returned and got a replacement-so far ok. the one i took in for service is still in the shop after 3 weeks plus.
