Not a terrible game, but not the best

I personally wasn't a fan of Fallout 3. I got the game and was really excited to play it after all of the hype and knowing that it was a role-playing FPS.
The role-playing part was done perfectly. Awesome customization and skillsets make the game your own. Don't want to use small guns? Specialize in the big mamba jambas! I loved that about the game.
That was about it though. The graphics were okay, but I wasn't blown away or anything. The FPS was... lacking. I liked the auto lock-on feature, but it felt like the FPS was just thrown into what should've been a nicely polished RPG.
It's worth checking out, but I'd say rent it instead of buy it.
What's great about it: RPG+FPS in one
What's not so great: FPS is kinda tacky

Excellent game!

This game is absolutely awesome. A terrific story, a MASSIVE free-roaming land, and great graphics. There's not much more you can ask for in a game. It's one of the few games I've picked up recently that I had to keep playing until I finished it. The puzzle aspects of the game are challenging but not frustrating. My only slight complaint is that the controls can sometimes be annoying (I found myself flying off a building a couple times by accident), but that doesn't deter me at all. Pick this game up!
What's great about it: Graphics, Storyline, HUGE maps
What's not so great: Controls can be a bit touchy at times

Just when you think there's no way Slipknot could match their self-titled album, they release Iowa. I was blown away. Harder, heavier, faster... it was almost too good to be true. This is arguably the pinnacle of their heaviness (and in my opinion, greatness), with music so good you just never want to stop listening. By far, this and their self-titled album are the 'cream of the crop' when it comes to metal, and there is absolutely no reason not to own both!

One of the best albums I own!

I've been a fan of Slipknot since this Digipak came out, and I must say that this is still one of my favorite albums of all time! 5 stars just isn't enough for this CD. Slipknot brings to the table some of the most brutalizing music that you can ask for - and they do it in style! If you are a fan of Slipknot, chances are you already own this album. If you're looking for some amazing, hard and heavy music and don't already have this, what are you waiting for? This is a MUST HAVE for any hard rock/metal lover's collection.
What's great about it: Heavy music with great vocals.

Keenen Ivory Wayans horror film spoof Scary Movie 2 comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. An English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1, and a French soundtrack has been recorded in Dolby Digital Stereo. Spanish subtitles are accessible, and the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include deleted and alternate scenes, a making-of featurette, a still photo gallery, and a look at the film's special effects. This is a solid release from Disney/Buena Vista with excellent sound and picture quality.

One of my favorite movies!

Simply put, I just love this movie! Sure, the acting may not be "award-winning" quality, but it doesn't have to be in a comedy. Going over the top and pushing the envelope is what I adored - putting in as much as they could. I was laughing from start to finish, and I must say that it has become one of my all time favorite movies. There's no reason not to pick this up, even if it is older!

Amazing Movie!

This is one of my all-time favorite movies, and for good reason! Amazing graphical art, brilliantly designed, and an in-depth storyline... what's not to love?! As a HUGE fan of the FF7 game, I absolutely loved seeing the old favorites in action. Having the original Japanese audio available was also a plus, and the extras were great as well. I encourage anyone, a fan of the FF series or not, to pick up this DVD!

They may look cute, but there's nothing nice about the characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This fighting frenzy will have you inflicting painful KO's on familiar opponents you thought were your friends. Take your frustrations out on Link, Mario and other characters from throughout the gaming world. Shoot spaceships out of the sky in the Lylat System from the Star Fox games and deal out killer blows in Rumble Falls based on the look and feel of Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat.Hit opponent after opponent to build up your damage meter, then knock your enemies clear off the screen. Rely on weapons that are silly but very effective, such as banana peels, pitfalls, gooey bombs and many more. Hurl old-school crates and barrels or select from Assist Trophies and Poke Balls to strike fear in the hearts of your foes. Combine Standard, Strong and Smash attacks to bash your way to victory. There are so many ways to smash, you'll get lost in the melees for hours on end.

If you are a fan of the Super Smash Bros. series, then definitely pick this game up. While I personally love the series, and the Wii version brings a lot to the table, you can't help but notice how repetitive it can get without friends or family to play with you. It's still a solid addition to the series and a great game for Wii, just be warned that the true fun comes out at parties!
What's great about it: Great with friends!
What's not so great: Can get repetitive...

Five Finger Death Punch (FFDP) has released a truly amazing CD. Heavy music, great lyrics, good singing... it really does have it all! There's no doubt about it: 'The Way of the Fist' is a must-have for any metal lovers out there!

A solid CD.

To me, 'All Hope is Gone' is like another 'Vol 3' - there are some really good songs, and then there are some songs that you just don't care for. It IS still Slipknot, and the CD is still good, but it just doesn't live up to my expectations. If you like Slipknot, there's no doubt about it: buy this CD. However, don't expect to bring this record home and be blown away and brutalized like the self-titled album or "Iowa".
What's great about it: Still a very good CD...
What's not so great: Just can't compare to their self-titled album or "Iowa"...

Want to buy Wii. Help, Please!

Not an experienced gamer. I want to purchase a good package. Please advise what would constitute a pretty complete setup.
I tend to do a lot of solo gaming, though if you plan on purchasing the Wii for more family-oriented affairs, there are some essentials:

1. Wii System (of course)

2. 1-3 extra wii-motes / nun chucks (can't do much without controllers)

3. Party games (Mario Kart, Mario Party, and Rock Band are GREAT games).

That's pretty much all there is to it. The system itself will come with Wii Sports and one controller, and after buying another wii-mote for my friends and family to play, that kept me satisfied for a couple months. If you just want to do some solo gaming, all you really need is the system and your favorite game(s)!

Hope I've helped shed some light on your question!
