This is a modern marvel!

I was looking for a piece of equipment to use when making applesauce and found so much more. I have had this for one month and have processed and canned 49 quarts of applesauce, 23 cups of pumpkin and seven pints of tomato sauce. Yesterday I shredded bar soap with it to make laundry soap. I shredded 4 bars of soap in 5 minutes. This is such a fantastic investment to make if you garden and preserve or want to make your own baby food. I have not used the meat grinder yet but am looking for a reason to. I am very pleased and as always Kitchen Aid has created a wonderful product!
What's great about it: Easy to clean up, easy to use.
What's not so great: NOTHING!
I would recommend this to a friend!
