I use it in...:Small home
Rumor has it, this fall Netgear will be releasing the WNDR4500 Premiere router with some added features for around $130. I am a previous WNDR4500 owner and upgraded to the R6300. The range of this router is what you are paying for. G Band will always go further than 5 ghz N Band. This router is larger in size compared to other routers on the market, but contains 6 internal antennaes. 2 USB ports are ok for adding a printer and a External Hard Drive. Routers won't have the power to support USB 3.0 anytime soon or in the near future. There are little to no AC standard peripherals out to the consumer to purchase, this is what Netgear means by 3x faster than last generation of routers. They added the Guest network feature through a Firmware update. Netgear has one of the better Forums for technical help if anything every goes wrong, don't bother calling Singapore. Would recommend for only the people that have money to burn and want the greatest range out of a router. The Network Genie Software is simple enough for any novice to setup the router and get going, yet advanced enough that even I will never use all of it's features.
What's great about it: Future Proof and Speed
What's not so great: Price, finger prints?

Never thought a band could re-discover their original sound after making it BIG on the radio doing commercial rock. If you know their first CD (no not Dysfunction) then this will be a breath of fresh air for the core STAIND fans out there. 9 great tracks and one "Wannabe" track make this a great album and worth the buy. You won't find any main stream hits on this CD that don't have Aaron Lewis screaming like he has something again to fight for. Go see this Band Live when they come to your area as they never disappoint and always sound like their albums.
What's great about it: Old School STAIND sound is back
What's not so great: Song Wannabe, yes it's a joke song I get it, Album might of broke the band

SynopsisThe last drop of fuel is in the tank and you speed out of pit row. You only have a five-second lead over your nearest opponent. You rejoin the pack and the white flag is flying as you cross the line; this is the last lap. Two and a half miles separate you from the championship. You press the clutch, shift into a higher gear and put the pedal to the floor as you speed past the other drivers. Seeing the leader of the pack, the crowd begins to roar and that's when you notice it in your mirror — your rival is closing in on you. If the pedal was pushed even further down, it would be through the floor. He slides into your slipstream and starts drafting with less than a mile to go. You can see the checkered flag, and you know what he's trying to do. At the last possible moment, you anticipate his move and block it perfectly, just as you cross the line.NASCAR 2011: The Game brings the essence of America's #1 motorsport into your home with authentic competition, realistic damage and real-life drivers and rivalries. It's sad to see EA lose the NASCAR license but I was hoping for a better first effort from Activision. The Graphics are great, but then again there really isn’t much to a NASCAR game as far as detail. The game has some issues that will need to be addressed in future releases. Not everybody loves Madden football, but it’s the only place you can go to get all the NFL players and teams. This game should be called NASCAR 2010 & ½ as it seems to live in 2010 as far as paint schemes go and invitational races. You have a choice to run the 2010 or 2011 season, why should I even have a choice it has 2011 in the title!! So I finished and Won the 2011 season and watched the trophy presentation happily until I spotted 2010 Champion EVERYWHERE on the back wall. When you change paint schemes on your car, your driver and / or team don’t change their Jump suits which I found odd. The AI is either too easy and you win races by 15seconds or it’s impossibly tough and you need to hit your mark in every turn. This game is for TRUE die-hard NASCAR fans only that will be able to look over the small unfished product of a game.
What's great about it: Graphics, Arcade Racer feel
What's not so great: Bugs, wants to be NASCAR 2010, gameplay

This little baby runs faster than Forest Gump. Anything I throw at it, it chews up and spits back with ease and never breaking a sweat. I'm waiting on the H100 water cooler to come in before I begin to push this baby to it's limits. Rendering video that used to take an hour only take 15-20 minutes tops. Stock cooler is junk but that's what we've come to expect from Intel. It is well worth the extra $30 or so to get the unlocked version of this chipset. This CPU hits the perfect mark for performance for the price.
What's great about it: Fast, Overclockable, 2nd gen Sandy Bridge
What's not so great: doesn't do my taxes for me.

Fasten your seatbelt and get ready to drive like your life depends on it. Perilous mountains, arid deserts and thick forests threaten your safety at every turn as you speed through the extreme Seacrest County landscape — but the biggest hazard is hot on your tail. A cop chases you in reckless pursuit — a friend of yours until you turned away from the law. You feel the bullets from his high-powered weapons shattering your glass and whizzing past your ear, but you just stare at the course ahead, twist the steering wheel and throttle forward. It's a heart-stopping Hot Pursuit and your life's in danger at every moment. But you can't slow down now — freedom is just a few maneuvers away, and you have just one concern: the Need for Speed. You've raced before, but you've never been in a chase like Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. This time, you can experience both the thrill of the chase and the rush of the escape all in one day as you get behind the wheel as both a cop and a law-breaking racer. All your races can be real-life competitions when you connect with your friends for online multiplayer action and compare performance and stats to up the stakes. Who will come out on top? In this Hot Pursuit, you have to prove you have the ability, guts and the Need for Speed.

NFS rescued by EA from the ashes and turned into a Burnout clone. Fans of the game Burnout will recognize the game play mechanics right out of the gate. The game does a great job with it's graphics and the sense of speed during game play. It's cut and dry Cops and Robbers NFS fun with a minor drawback. Smashing into roadblocks are handled the Burnout way and not the NFS way. Causing a Crash scene to play where in NFS it allows you to plow into and through the roadblocks. It's these short almost cut scenes / animations that are the downfall of this game. Wrecking cops or other racers cause one to play and a lot of the times the game puts you in the middle of a turn when the camera spins back towards the race. Fun at first but repetitive throughout the game it gets pretty old. The saving grace for this game is the sheer number of cars you get to drive. 5 to 6 different Lambo's, Bugati's, CCX-R's....we're talking the fasted cars ever made not honda civic's. It doesn't take you long to earn new cars and fast cars for that matter. Glad to see the Franchise back and in capable hands, they just need to tweak it a bit and add some polish to it.
What's great about it: Sense of Speed, Graphics, Number of Cars
What's not so great: Crash animations, Camera issues

Used this to replace my Comcast SB4220 where I was getting 6.42 mb down and .14 mb up. I think Comcast was throttling me a bit. After spending about 30 min on the phone with Comcast Internet Tech Support and providing them with the MAC address (located on the modem itself) and the serial number, they were able to switch over to my newly purchased modem from BB. Speedtest.net showed a 24.53 down and a .83 up with the new modem shortly after getting off the phone with Comcast. Saving $5 a month going forward in this economy it's well worth the small investment. Please don't think you can just unplug the old router and plug this one in to get it to work. You need to call your ISP and have them change your Account info on file with the new MAC address. Not Mac as in Apple computer, but there is a small MAC ID sticker/barcode on the back of the router that you need to read to the Comcast tech support. From experience I write down all that information a head of time so I don't have to read the small print off the router.
CAUTION:
This will not replace a SB5220 as it does not have a place for your phone line to connect your VOIP phone service.
What's great about it: Saving $$$, Size form factor
What's not so great: Having to call ISP to switch over
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard drives are like Cars and are split right down the middle as far as preference. You're either a Ford or a Chevy person. So goes HD's. You're either a Western Digital fan or you are a Seagate fan. I have recommended WD to many of my clients but when it came time for me to purchase a 1TB drive, the performance was the same for this drive and the WD equivalent. However Seagate gives you a SATA cable and a 4-pint to SATA power converter. WD gives you a Bare drive, Seagate gives you a CD and software to image your Hard Drive for you to easily move it. WD gives you a bare drive. Oh yeah and the WD costs on average $10 more. This is a GREAT price for a 1TB Drive. Buy 2 if you can for a raid array. Some hard drives fail regardless of who's names is on the box.
What's great about it: Speed, Size, Price
What's not so great: Imaging software can be confusing to some

Speed? Yes. Need? No.

Like my Title says, this game has a great sense of Speed, to a point that it's the first game in a while that will have you saying to yourself "I think I better slow down". The Graphics are tops notch and shine on the PS3. However all Need for Speed Franchise fans need to look elsewhere. When did Need for Speed take place on a track? Or 20 tracks for that matter? NFS needs to stick with what made their franchise so popular and stop trying to out Simulate games with years of pedigree like Gran Tourismo. Need for Speed used to be about out running Cops with many variations, but this game doesn't have that. This is simply a wanna be racing simulator that rewards your Arcade driving style with points. It's been out for almost a year now, I would wait for a sale and not drop my hard earned $60 on this game.
What's great about it: Graphics are top Notch, Feeling of Speed
What's not so great: It's a hybrid of two genres

Sexy mouse at first glance with it's sleek design and paced scrolling ability. Makes surfing the web a fun activity. The longer this mouse has been out the more customization are slowly leaking out for it, such as the ability to use it with Windows (Bluetooth enabled PC's, drivers) Also recently some software to make it behave exactly like the touchpad for all the MacBook Pro users out there.
Cons: The small sleek desgin cause people with larger hands to cramp easily and not all the motions work well for people of the larger handed variety. Honestly go to a local store and push this thing around for a few min. My hand began to hurt almost instantly within the first minute.
I Still bought one, why? I dunno, kinda like the way women (& some men) buy shoes that kill their feet when they wear them. Maybe because they are just that dang good looking. I bought mine actually for my GF to use (smaller hands) as she plays certain games that require constant clicking and I'm trying to save the life of my MBP click' pad.
What's great about it: Sleek design, scrolling, thousands of customizations
What's not so great: Not Ergo, possible battery life, Drivers for Mac?

Doesn't power my 3.5" SATA drives
By Rich from Bothell, WA
I was pretty excited to get this since I need to back up a lot of data and had a spare 3TB HDD floating around from an old NAS I just got rid of. Unfortunately, after getting it all put together and plugging it in, there wasn't enough power to spin up the drive. <- Big frown there, my friends.
I verified that the enclosure worked by snapping in a 2.5" drive and flipping the switch. No problem powering that!
I'm kind of upset because the box even says it will work with any bare 3.5" SATA Hard Disk Drive. But I guess neither of mine will.

Can Confirm, Doesn't Power Larger 3.5' Drives >1TB
February 3, 2015
Picked this up in order to recover Data from a HGST 4TB NAS hard drive and can sadly confirm the this enclosure doesn't power this drive or even my spare 3TB internal 3.5" (non-NAS grade) drive as well. Tested on 1TB drive and it spun up just fine, Popped open My Computer and there it was. They really need to put clearer details on the box stating what this can actually power and what it can't.

The ipod touch does not come with any extra cables, you will need a set of component cables the goes from the Headphone stereo out and into component aux cables in a reciever or sound board /mixer to play through your PA system.
