I love it!!!

I love this dvd I wouldn't excpect anything else from Denise...She makes it so fun and the different dances make you feel like your in a real dance class.I got it Tuesday and have already done it three days in a row,it's so fun tht you forget your working out,but you are my sports bra was sweaty...I have to buy my sister one and send it to her she loves working out...
What's great about it: easy but effective
What's not so great: nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'VE ALWAYS LIKED BILLY'S WORKOUTS AND THIS ONE ISN'T ANY DIFFERENT. FROM START TO FINISH BILLY AND THE CREW KEEP YOU AMPED AND MOTIVATED .MY TWO OLDEST KIDS WHICH ARE 8 AND 6 LOVE TO DO IT TOO IT'S FUNNY SEEING THEM TRYING TO KEEP UP. LOL MY 6 YEAR OLD LIKES TO PRETEND HE IS BILLY. I LOVE BILLY'S WORKOUTS I'LL BE DOING THEM FOR YEARS TO COME.THANKS BILLY!!!
What's great about it: YOU GET A GREAT WORKOUT FOR A GREAT PRICE!
