The Samsung over-the-range microwave with sensor cooking makes it easy to heat and is simple to clean.

Bad customer service

I have owned this microwave oven for 5 days now.
One of the lights that are underneath the microwave went out. No big deal right....
I called customer service to get a replacement bulb at no charge to me, so I thought. But I found out its not covered. I also found out that if it stops heating the food that also is not covered. But if the microwave blows up then it is covered.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing from the guy on the phone. You better hope you get a good one because
Samsung doesn't cover very much on there microwave ovens according to the guy I spoke to on the phone.
I never owned Samsung before I also have one of there gas ranges and have a dishwasher on order. Luck for me I bought them both from Best Buy and can return them.
Warranty is important to me and no one should get stuck with any manufacturing defects ever, little or big.
Samsung needs to rethink some of there customer service policy's.

Best phone ever.

I have been a iPhone user for many years. And it was one of the best phone ever made....till now. The note 3 blows the iPhone out of the water. First the size alone make the iPhone look like a baby's toy. If you have little baby hands then you might find this phone a tad to big. This big bad boy is fast, downloads apps in just seconds. I think it would be easier to tell you what it can't do. Hum I can't think of anything right now, but if I do I will get back to you. This phone is a must have to anyone that works on the go. Trust me dump that iPhone and get the note 3. It's right up there with getting a new car. The only bad thing about it so far is everyone I know wants to play with it. To all my friends and family GET YOUR OWN.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better know what you are doing

This camera looks cool, you can take it under water up to 150'.
When you get it you have to do a update before you can use it.
The update isn't very easy unless you know a lot about computer files.
If you don't know what a root file is you will be lost.
The up date took me hours because the camera kept turning off during the update and I had to start over. This happened about 20 times, it was a bad USB cable the one that came with the camera.
Did the update and took a video, it was bad, very choppy and would lock up. The Hero website said it might be the SD card so off to Best Buy and put down $79.00 for 36 Gig SD card. Took another video same thing very choppy I tried all the video settings 60 fps 30 fps and so on. I am returning the hero3 and all the stuff I bought to go with it.
To bad I really had some great plans.
What's great about it: Small, would be hard to break.
What's not so great: Choppy video, locks up a lot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Called customer service back
August 28, 2014
I called customer service back and talked to someone different.
It was like day and night, this guy was very helpful and took care of the bad light.
He also told me the first guy should have taken care of the problem, also if it stops
heating your food that would be covered for 10 years ..... Yes TEN years.
If I could change or delete this review I would, but I can not find anyway to do it.
Samsung’s customer service has been great like I said here. But I feel all of the customer service persons should be on the same page, that way when some guy like me gets a bad one they don't put up a review like the one I did at first.
I have only been using the oven for 6 days, besides the light everything seems to be working great and it has a very nice look to it.
The only complaint is the keypad is very dark and a little hard to see.
But after using it for a few months it won't be a big deal I will know where everything is.
I really like the dark cooking area insides and it not made of the cheap plastic like most.
It looks just like our Samsung range inside more like a range type oven than a microwave oven.
If I could change my STARS I would give it 4 ****
I would give 5 but I shouldn't have had to call customer service back to find a better person on there end.
Would I recommend it ….. YES
