Director Andrea Bianchi helmed this 1975 gruesome giallo sleaze-fest starring Edwige Fenech. There's a madman on the loose and no nubile fashion model is safe from his wrath. Nude Per L'assassino also stars Nino Castelnuovo and Femi Benussi and was released in the US as Strip Nude for Your Killer.

Trashy Giallo

This giallo starring Edwige Fenech and George Hilton is a decent film. The acting is just OK, the film, as the majority of giallo films do, has excellent cinematography. This film has a LOT of nudity and has a trashy 70s vibe. Directed by Andrea Bianchi ("Burial Ground" and "The House With the Laughing Windows"), who is a million times better at giallo films than zombie horror!
Definitely recommended if you are a giallo fan or new to the genre.
What's great about it: Edwige Fenech, nudity
What's not so great: Acting

Classic Essential Horror

Essential film for horror fans. The beginning chapter of the Hellraiser series is a little less gory than the proceeding film (Hellraiser 2). The reason for this is that more time is spent on developing the story, characters, setting, etc. This in no way shape or form means this is a bad film! It's just more plot than blood and guts (but there are more blood and guts present than a large number of horror films that came before its release in '87.)
Anyway, I recommend you watch Hellraiser 1 & 2 and don't waste your time with any of the other poorly made sequels.
What's great about it: Amazing makeup effects, pinhead, great storyline
What's not so great: Not the best acting,

Throw away those well-worn bootleg videos, notorious Italian director Sergio Martino's delirious giallo The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh arrives on DVD in America for the first time ever in this release from the genre-friendly folks at No Shame Films. In addition to preserving Miguel Fernandez-Mila's lush photography with a 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer, this release offers audio in a selection of Italian or English Dolby Digital Mono with optional English subtitles. A featurette entitled "Dark Fears Behind the Door" offers a glimpse behind the scenes thanks to informative interviews with director Sergio Martino, producer Luciano Martino, writer Ernesto Gastaldi, and stars George Hilton and Edwige Fenech. In addition to an original Italian theatrical trailer, poster, and stills galleries, this disc also offers a detailed collectable booklet that's sure to appeal to giallo aficionados.

Essential Fenech

One of the two best Fenech films that is absolutely essential and supberb overall (the other being "Your Vice Is a Locked Room.") Great cinematography and beautiful score in the first giallo film from director Sergio Martino. LOTS of extras, including interviews with stars Edwige Fenech and George Hilton, the director (Martino), Producer Luciano Martino, and giallo writer superstar Ernesto Gastaldi. DVD has English and Italian languages along with English subs.
This would be an excellent film to start with if you have never seen a Fenech film. I couldn't guess the ending, can you?
What's great about it: Beautiful cinamatography & score, Edwige Fenech, keeps you guessing
What's not so great: Should have focused on the "vice" a little more

Amazing zombie makeup

This classic zombie film should be in every horror fan's collection. My favorite part of this film, and the aspect that really keeps you on the edge of your seat is the unbelievable score. Just hearing the music still makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
The makeup is A+, best zombie makeup in any filmd I've ever seen. Also, lots of gore/graphic violence. Fulci's best film, hands down.
What's great about it: Beautiful cinematography, excellent makeup effects, good suspense, amazing score
What's not so great: Not the greatest acting
I would recommend this to a friend!
