Horribly Overpriced

How Often Used:Less than once a week
Just because "everyone" has them, doesn't mean you need them. These headphones may have decent sound quality, but for the price you are forking over, these are not worth a glance.
If you ask people who listen to Pop music and other Top 40 music they will probably tell you these heaphones are just amazing,b ut, here is the thing, they don't know music good enough to be able to analyze their headphones output. They arn't that amazing.
I switched to Aerial7 Tanks recently. Not only are they cheaper, more durable, and more comfortable, they also have a higher frequency range then the most expensive model made by Dr. Dre.
Please, before you buy these, look at other headphones on the market and offered by Best Buy. You can find better headphones for a much better price.
What's great about it: Pretty good sound quality
What's not so great: Not very comfortable, should be considered "on the ear fit", expensive, bass is too hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Melodeth

I have never really loved Kalmah until I listened to this album. It has a different feel from their other albums but I can definitely see some connections that long time kalmah fans will still love.
The guitar riffs are really awsome and they are actually alot deeper and thicker than in their other albums, which really makes the CD feel full and just awsome.
The album is short....but that's Kalmah for you I quess
The guitar can get alittle to muddy and crunchy which kinda takes away from the awomse minor based shredding, but whatever
Buy it
What's great about it: Catchy riffs
What's not so great: Pretty short album, guitar gets alittle too muddy

Slania II

After Slania I waited for the next album from Eluveitie that could quench my celtic melodic death metal thrist, I have finally been quenched. Evocation wasn't bad, it's just that it wasn't me, and I really was dissapointed and scared Eluveite might never shred again. But here they are, back on the battlefield swords ablazing.
It's heavy, its intricit, its deep. It seems like they amped up everything in this album. There are many more insturments you never heard before being shown and it feels very refreshing.
The only thing I can really say that may not be good about this album is the somewhat repeative and generic songs that pop up every here and there. But great album.
What's great about it: Eluveitie finally brought back the heavy metal
What's not so great: Some generic songs

Following the Reaper never felt so good

My favorite Children of Bodom album. It is really melodic for both the guitar and the synth. The solo sections on Bodom After Midnight, Follow the Reaper, Children of Decadence, and Northern Comfort are very cool. This is the metal CD everyone needs to have.
What's great about it: amazing music, great price
What's not so great: could have used some bonus features
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bloodrunk is a solid album, but it still leaves me unsatisfied in ways. It still doen't have the old children of bodom sound that I love atleast. I do admit that this album is a step ahead of Are You Dead Yet? in the melodic death metal category, but still It needs more. If you liked Living Dead Beat from Are you dead yet, there are some songs on here you will love, otherwise watch out.
What's great about it: Overall very good music, great price
What's not so great: Just not the Bodom we have come to love

Irish Metal to the MAX

If you like melodic death metal and are looking for that one other band or cd to fill up that empty spot, this one is for you. Eluveitie brings a completely different view on what melodic death metal can do. This album is like a breath into the past when stories were told around campfires about mystical creatures and folk tunes were played. Even if you don't like the whole screaming aspect of the album it will still blow you away.
What's great about it: Very good music, very new and refreshing, very epic
What's not so great: some songs sound the same
I would recommend this to a friend!

Melodic Meltdown!

Hate Crew Deathroll is a very good CD to start off! You have Bodom's classic melodic death metal sytle with some added agression and heavier riffs. Its a refreshing but yet small difference from past cd's. All metal fans should pick this one up, its a classic!
What's great about it: Awsome music, very well produced
What's not so great: Nothing really
