Galiath's Reviews

The charming 1964 musical The Unsinkable Molly Brown arrives on DVD with a nice transfer, good sound, and some intriguing extras. The image is framed at the original widescreen aspect ratio of 2.35:1, and it is anamorphic. There is an English soundtrack recorded in Dolby Digital 5.1 as well as a French soundtrack in Dolby Digital Stereo. Subtitles are available in English and French. In addition to a pair of trailers and a behind-the-scenes documentary, this disc features screen tests for leads Debbie Reynolds and Harve Presnell. Presnell would gain fame 30 years later as the father-in-law in Fargo.

I love the movie. It's got old comedy to it and Molly Brown can always make you laugh. Would recommend everyone watch it.
