Blu-ray doesn't work.

As I see now, the reviews are true, the blu-ray doesn't work. I tried contacting Best buy through chat, but I was told since I didn't watch it within 15 days and had opened it(not sure how else I was gonna watch it), that I could not return it.
Seems a lil unethical for them to be selling a faulty product and hide behind this 15 day rule.
What's not so great: The blu-ray doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
