Great movie, average package

This is one of my favorite crazy films of all time, so judging by the pure fun and enjoyment I get out of watching it I could rate this as Excellent. However, the disk has almost no extras. Also I prefer the Director's Cut which should have been the version released on Blu-ray. The picture is fantastic though, practically leaping off the screen at times, which is good and bad in that sometimes you can see clearly that the backgrounds (for instance) are matte paintings, etc. which isn't the fault of the makers of the disc. Overall it's a so-so package for a great, fun movie, even if it's not the best version of it. If it eventually comes out on Blu-ray, purchase the Director's Cut! If you don't the deadites will swallow your soul!
What's great about it: fun, adventurous, scary, excellent picture
What's not so great: No great extras, not the superior Director's Cut
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great package for a great movie!

I'm a very sentimental person already, so this movie had me gushing with sentimentality by the time it was done. Parts of this movie really get you going; real edge-of-your-seat stuff. This all surprised me, frankly. Who could possibly have thought that they'd be able to pull off a THIRD in the series that was as good as or better than the first two? Highly recommended. Also, the picture in Blu-ray was to die for.
What's great about it: Solid animation, emotional, moving, highly-entertaining
What's not so great: The price on these combo packs is still pretty steep
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best of the current crop of 3D movies on market

This is the only 3D movie I own, as nothing else out appeals to me. The 3D quality of this film is fantastic. Even the menu is gorgeously rendered. Best of all, unlike most Disney movies I've purchased, you aren't forced to sit through the previews every time you put the disc in! You can just hit Main Menu and skip them completely. The movie itself is funny (especially the horse), and the characters shine remarkably well, especially considering I had no expectations going in. A highly-recommended movie, if you like Disney animation, filled with music and song.
What's great about it: Previews don't hold you prisoner, great 3D, funny, good music
What's not so great: The price of these combo packs is pretty steep
I would recommend this to a friend!
