Easy use. Easy to clean. Makes delicious bread and pizza dough. The more you use it, the more you realize you got your money's worth out of this $300 product. We use it primarily for gluten free meals. The gluten free breads and pizzas are absolutely delicious. We don't cook anything else than gluten free to avoid cross contamination, but I am sure it would make great any-type bread or dough.
What's great about it: Easy cleaning.
What's not so great: Price if you only use it once and then never use it again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
