This device is outstanding at everything it does, it has all the bells and whistles of the more expensive smart thermostats at a fraction of the cost, the GeoFence feature works very nice, and so do other features such as schedules and controls.
The touch screen is sensitive and does the job well, the interface is extremely easy to navigate for anyone even my elderly parents, they love it, there's also a feature that allows you to lock the screen so that only the temperature controls can be adjusted every other advanced feature is locked with a PIN, this makes it easy to avoid accidental configuration changes or children messing around with your settings, you can either do a partial lock or simply lock everything so that the thermostat can only be changed using the phone app.
Remote access is easy and works as expected as well, I was not expecting much from this device but I'm really impressed so far.
The only con I had was the initial setup, the app would not finish making the connection to the thermostat, this was only until I turned off Cellular data on my Android phone and connected to the Thermostat network, then everything was straight forward and simple.

I had the Premiere+ and exchanged it for this one, not that the Premiere+ was a bad product at all, but I wanted to have optical audio output so I could have true surround sound on my LG soundbar out of the Roku so the Ultra was needed.
This Roku is super stable and extremely fast! in fact is the fastest Roku to date, the graphics card on this thing is amazing movies and all types of videos really come to life, even in 1080p I can notice the difference from my Roku3.
I also had the Nvidia Shield and finally sold it because of the lack of apps on that platform, many apps that are available for Roku are still not available for Android TV, so the Roku Ultra was no brainer.
If you are on the fence give it a try, chances are you will keep it and really enjoy it, it's simply the best streaming device on the market today.

I had never had a router as powerful and stable as Orbi, the whole house is fully covered by a strong and extremely speedy signal now.
I have over 30 devices connected at any time and no a single drop off or disconnection in 3 weeks of ownership so far, also the recent firmware update made the web interface a little bit faster now.
My only wish at this point is that Netgear improves its mobile and PC apps as they are both lacking a lot when compared with what the completion is offering, however the great web interface makes for it for now as it is pretty good.
I like the fact that there's only one single Wi-Fi network in the entire house now no more 4Ghz and 5GHz band, no more switching between networks anymore Orbi automatically offers the fastest available one to all my devices now make it so easy, everything you might need from your home network can be accomplished with this device.
Highly recommended, get it now!

This is a great router, it has all of the advanced features you would expect from a product on this category, it also allows you to load open source firmware which is a plus for any geek out there.
The router has great range and produces a very stable home network, setting up and upgrading the device was an easy and quite simple task.
Its 4 powerful antennas makes it possible to obtain fast connectivity in most modern homes.

This is one fast Roku, if you want speed, then either get this one or the Roku4, however unless you need 4K right now, you might just want to get the Roku3, it has pretty much everything you can expect from a streaming device, when I get my 4K TV, maybe I'll upgrade to the 4 or whatever new model is out at the moment, for now I'm very happy with my Roku3, excellent device, a world of entertainment at your fingertips.

This device is excellent, the only downside I have noticed so far is that the battery life indicator doesn't seem to be very accurate, several times already the battery indicator has told me battery was almost depleted just to show "full" status the next day, this is perhaps why so many people here have reported low life battery issues, yesterday I even got a low battery level e-mail, but today it's showing full again? not sure if it is reporting an erroneous full status or the other way around actually, time will tell.
All other aspects of the device work as expected, it is very accurate when it comes to counting steps, it tells you steps, distance, calories and the time it is. it doesn't look cheaply made and even the package gives it a premium feel when you first open it, and it comes with a cover which is also the belt clip at the same time.
it is also very small in size, so I would suggest putting it on your pocket, even though it has a clip it could be easily lost.

I just installed this device on a 30 years old house so my cousin's family could watch Sling TV on a Roku3 box, when I started the installation I had very little hope this would work due to how old the building is, I was amazed to see that the Roku connected instantly and with no buffering whatsoever,

I'm buying a second one for my house today, that's how much I liked it.

This is a great little modem, it has not failed on me, have owned it for over a year now, always connected, always reliable, the only thing I don't like is how bright the lights are on it, it can be quite annoying at night, I usually just put something on top of it at night so it doesn't bother me.
Besides that, I wish it was available in black so it matches the rest of my equipment, if you are looking for a good fast modem that doesn't break the bank, this is it, of course there are other ones such as the SBG6700AC but unless your Internet Provider can achieve that speed or you want to be future proof there's no need for higher speed modem.

I have owned and worked with a significant number of routers over the years and I have to say that this is one of the buggiest routers I have worked with to date. Purchasing this router, I really thought that spending the extra money for a quality Linksys would put be in the land of happy. Unfortunately, this router has been anything but happy. When the router is working, it seems to work great. However, the router appears to enjoy randomly rebooting after accessing it through its GUI. The best part is that it doesn't reboot at following every access or even immediately after access. Also, the router's network map likes to utilize the same network device name for different devices (and yes, they are different devices with unique MAC addresses as well as IP's). Given the "simplistic" interface, internet access controls can be difficult to use since it based upon device name and not MAC or IP addresses. I certainly expected so much more from this router given it's nobility-like pricing. I cannot recommend this router given the problems that I have had with it. Doing a quick internet search reveals that I do not stand alone with these issues as there are many out there suffering similarly.

I used to have that issue about the router rebooting after accessing its web GUI, however after upgrading to past firmware releases months ago this issue went away, have you upgraded to the latest firmware?

I was very skeptical about getting quality performance 35 miles away from my local HD station in East Tennessee mountains. In a nutshell, I love this little radio! I would love a belt clip. The only drawback is there is no AM, just CD quality HD FM and standard FM. Reception is so great that the drawbacks are minimal. Wish list would be a clip, AM, TV audio, and RDS.

Do Not Buy! I received it on 7/30 and it stopped working about a week later, just went black and dead. I finally got it going again and on 8/19 it is doing the same thing. Customer Service said I am 5 days past the return exchange window, so I guess I am stuck with a paperweight. Worthless product and bad product support from Best Buy.

Looks like you got a lemon, I have had it for a few days and it has been working like a charm, have you tried contacting Asus? I'm sure they can help you, the product has a warranty with them, you are not just limited to Bestbuy return policy.

Hey you do not need to have an external hard drive attached to it all the time, it has a build in MicroSD card slot where you can insert one and have extra storage for music, pictures, video etc, there are some 64gb cheap ones out there.

The Monitor is great from my 3ms 22-inch Gateway. But the Input Specifications of, "DisplayPort 1.2 : 60Hz HDMI 1.4 : 30Hz" - IS HORRIBLE! Why is this Monitor not running at HDMI 2.0?? Only draw back about this monitor.
Other than that... not a true 4K Resolution if it's 3840 x 2160
Price is horrible for these 2 major draw backs.

If you look carefully in the back there's 1 DisplayPort 1 HDMI 1.4 and there is an HDMI2.0 port, I have connected the display to my Evga GeForce 960 which also has an HDMI2.0 port and then the monitor does 60Hz, of course you can achieve 60Hz with the DisplayPort as well.

This remote was purchased so I could operate TV and CD player without using 3 different remotes and also was told only way to operate without leaving my wood doors on entertainment center open. Found out when Comcast was installed that the Comcast remote controller does all this so I will be returning to store.

This won't increase the signal, this will "Bring" the signal through your home power lines to the new location where you install the second unit of set, your review tells me that you probably don't know how properly connect this device, this product also creates a "New" Wi-Fi signal in your home which will be more powerful than your previews network, but connecting to that is optional, if the device did not work, it's probably because your house is very old for this technology, I would advice you to hire a pro or a tech savy friend who helps you with the setup, I tell you that this device works like a charm in the three houses I have installed it on.

Not what I expected for price and word of mouth reviews. Works OK but not without glitches. App is useless. Often need other original MFG remotes to make changes to sound/EQ/options. But, makes watching TV or listening to music fairly easy for family users. Just don't expect a perfect remote for the $ that does it all. Yeah, I know, if I wanted to scroll through allot of screens I could in theory do most of what the mfg remotes do, but it's much easier to hit the single button on a mfg remote than scroll through up to 10 pages of features on the tiny touchscreen. Real value is far less than the $250 or so they charge for this. Recommending only for basic user functions for those who feel a full featured HTX is too complicated. For example, my wife and kids love it. As for me, I do use it to turn everything on. But if you like to tweak settings to adjust sound or TV due to variations in recordings, keep your mfg remotes on the coffee table. Or spend 4x the time doing that on this remote.

You need to learn how to use the remote, this can basically control anything in a modern home, give yourself sometime to actually understand how to program the remote to control your devices, then come post a review.
