Very Well Built Notebook

I purchased this computer about a month ago to replace a 4 year old Dell with a first generation Intel Core i3. I was attracted to this computer based upon its specs (I am a computer person, build my own desktops) and value for money. This honestly is the closest you are going to get to a MacBook Pro in a Windows PC. Windows 8.1 is great once you get used to it, but it will be a curve in the beginning from Windows 7 or XP. My one complaint about this computer was the slow hard drive. Hard drives don't do computers justice at all. I ended up putting a Samsung SSD in the machine, and the speed benefits are well worth the extra money. The battery life went up, and the speed is insane. If you are looking for a well built laptop that is very portable and fast, look no further. Highly recommend upgrading to a solid state drive.
What's great about it: Aluminum chasis (very strong), backlit keyboard, proccessor, AC wifi, upgradable ram, touchscreen
What's not so great: Hard drive, bloatware

I have previously owned 2 other Sony Walkman MP3 players. The previous one was the model before this, and I really liked it. Unfortunately, it broke after only a year. I had purchased an extended warranty, so BestBuy gave me this one with no questions asked. This one came with better headphones and a different look and thats it. The really annoying thing is that the previous model used a standard mini usb cable, and this one uses the special Sony one. Other than that, great iPod killer!
What's great about it: Great battery life, great sound quality
What's not so great: Wish it used a standard mini usb

Great price for 22.99. I originally bought one stick for 29.99. but then the price went down. So I sent BB an email and they lowered the price. Ordered another to make my laptop have 4 GB. Only con is BB does not sell DDR3 in the store for some reason. PS- this is really made by PNY

Sounds Fantastic, you just have to know how to set it up. Owned a previous Sony MP3 player and you had to turn the volume up all the way to hear it. NOT THIS ONE! Hardly have to turn it up halfway to hear it. Love the metallic red color! Battery life is phenonminal!

I lover these headphones. They have great bass! It almost sounds as if your at a concert. If you want the best quality turn the bass and treble up on the equalizer so it looks like a V. (On MP3 player)

We recieved this camera as my 15 year gift at my company. For being free, it meets my expectations, but I would not purchase it willingly from the store. I would spend a little more and get and HD video camera. If you do not care about picture quality or are on a budget, it is a nice overall video camera. I must say that the metallic blue is beautiful. One problem is that it doesn't have a night mode.
What's great about it: Color, Zoom, Portability, Battery Life, Price...
What's not so great: No Nightshot, Not HD, Not the best picture quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great TV Show

First of All, I do have to admit that USA is my favorite channel, and I ussually like their shows. I only paid 14.99 for the discs, and it was worth it. If you have only started watching this show later like I did, it's a great way to catch up on the show. Also, just an interesting fact, this show is shot in White Rock, British Colombia, Canada!

Great Piano For Money

I have currently ben playing the piano for about 2 years. It was becoming an annoyance that my 66 key keyboard did not have a damper pedal or a fair amount of keys. Now, I have this one, and it has all 88 weighted keys. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE PLAYING A REAL PIANO! It even has all three petals and a metronome. IT Is also WAY cheaper than an upright, and you can move it around fairly easily. The only complaint I have is the box it comes in is HUGE. The company pet all the pieces in a series of smaller boxes. Overall, I am 100% satisfied. PS- buy the extended warranty for $35 just in case it would happen to break.
What's great about it: SOUND LIKE A REAL UPRIGHT PIANO AND FEELS LIKE IT TOO!
What's not so great: If you are not a regualar Bob Villa, it could be hard to put together

hello, is the graphics integrated and how is the viewing angle?
They are Intel HD graphics 4400. They are on the processor chip. They are far better than older integrated graphics, and will run some games. For me the sims 3 runs amazing. The viewing angle is decent, but glare is a problem especially with fingerprints from a touchscreen.

Will Netflix ready devices work with Hughes Net?
We are interested in getting a Netflix ready blu-ray player, but we use Hughes Net internet service at home and I'm not sure the two will work well together. Any ideas?
Get a PS3. They are still the best for your money. As long as you have Wifi, you can use netflix. They also play Blurays and if your into gaming, they play their games, The other nice thing is you can get a bluray remote and use it virtually anywhere.

I want to purchase a WII and a new flat screen tv to play it on. I was told do not get a plasma tv. So what type of tv is best for gaming systems, LED or LCD
From my opinion, by an LCD. Even thought they are not as thin, LED TVs only have HDMI and Component inputs. This means you will not be able to use any old VCRs or anything else. Make sure you buy component cables for your Wii because the picture is ten times better.

We don't want to use a separate dvd recorder box. We used to have a small tv with vcr recording all in one unit.
No unfortunately there is not. The reason is if the DVD were to break, then you would still have to buy an external one. The other reason is technology is always changing,

How to fix tivi Samsung? Model code: LNT4061FX/XAA. I purchased about 2 years ago, brand new from BESTBUY .
Problem: turned power on already, but no signal - the screen darkned; no chanel sound; just hear only repeated sound ( like lick, lick,...lick,lick...)
For 2 last months, after turning power on, we had to wait about 5 mins to 10 mins, then it worked. Last week waiting time longer than 15 mins, but it still worked.
Today it took 2 hours, but nothing, just sound lick,lick....
Do I need set up something on remote control?
Anyhelp would be appreciated.

You need a new power supply. If you know much about stuff, the capacitors will need replaced.

tv antenna reception
I have bought several indoor digital antennas for my digital tv. None of them work. Once, a few months ago I got two channels but even that has stopped and new antennas do nothing. I scan for channels and not one shows up. I live in a small town surrounded by flat land. There is a broadcasting station about 15 miles away and I can not get that. I am beginning to think there is either something wrong with my tv or the cable service sabotaged me when I unhooked.
The US went digital. If your TV does not have a digital tuner built in, you either need a converter box or a new TV. If it were me, I would just buy a new TV because then you will have HD and they are so cheap nowadays.

You can buy a VCR/ DVD burner combo and it will do it. BestBuy does not. If you buy one make sure it records DVDs

Samsung plasma red shadow
I recently purchased a Samsung 52" plasma tv in september and whenever the screen is black (between channels, or turning on/off) there is a large red shadow that is there. It does not affect the color of the picture when a picture is present, but otherwise it is always there. Does this mean this is defective? Should I return the television?
The screen is burned in I would switch it out for an LCD if you can because the screens will not burn in like on Plasmas. It will only get worse over time.
