Maybe I haven't paid attention to this guy in awhile, but I remembered him as being a smart, dark, jaded smart***... qualities that can be very entertaining in a comedian. I had never bought any of his recordings, but listen to comedy in my car on long rides every week, so I was happy to see this in the extremely small selection of comedy disks in the BestBuy in Middletown, NY. I'm sorry to say that this disk was a total disappointment. He comes across as a smug, self-satisfied, unpleasant guy. These are qualities that can work if the comedian and material are funny; unfortunately, neither one is true on this recording. A waste of money and time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
