A heart-felt dramedy about a young teenager who decides instead of abortion to give her baby to adoptive parents. Her journey through the pregnancy is both hilarious and painful with a very poignant storyline that shows the reality of teen pregnancy without supporting the pro-choice/pro-life more but introducing both as possibilities. If anything, watch this movie for Ellen Page's Oscar nominated performance. She's a rising star and you can see her shine here.
What's great about it: Funny, Smart, Witty, Endearing
Was so excited to hear this. I'm a huge Moby fan but haven't found anything worthwhile of his since his Play album. This album goes back to that using his soulfoul catchy tunes, but this time with a disco influence. Love the fact that more women are featured singers than in Play and there are some great singles from this album. Definitely worth checking out if you're a Moby fan, a disco fan, or just someone who likes a good groove to listen to.
What's great about it: Sounds like old school Moby with a touch of disco added in, reminds me of his best album, Play. By his best work since.
What's not so great: A few of the songs sound very similar.
