The "HOT " warning light for one element always came on no matter what element you were using. Best Buy ordered a new unit immediately and now waiting for the new unit to arrive!!! Customer service today #1!!!
What's great about it: like the smooth surface and fast heating elements
What's not so great: "HOT" warning element defective
I would recommend this to a friend!
