I had issue with my first generation Elite because of the compartment won't shut completely and it kept connecting to phone even when is shut. So I took it back. Then, I tried the Bragi to maybe save some money since it's cheaper. Big mistake, that headphone was a joke and the sound doesn't get close near the Elite. I took it back the next day and bought the second generation Elite and with more battery life. The sound is even better because now is EQ adjustable. I will never look elsewhere again.

This is my fifth true wireless headset and hopefully the last one or I can safely say it is the last one. After going through four other true wireless headphones like Earin, Skybuds, Samsung Gear Icon X and Sol Republic Amps Air I finally found the one that stays connected the entire time during my workout activities. The other wireless headphones I mentioned weren't all that bad, but what separate Jabra Elite from these headphone is the solid connectivity. This is very important to me because I don't like interruptions and losing momentum during my workout sessions. The funny thing was I tried and tried trying to lose connection while working out with Jabra Elite and no matter what I did, it stayed connected. I even walked away from my phone across the gym to get a drink and I did not experienced any connection issue. The days of worrying from connectivity is finally gone. Thank you Jabra!!! Aside from that, the sound from this headphone is well balance and able to handle other types of music genre. I listen to all types of music and this is perfect for someone like me. This is very subjective area and to some may say differently otherwise. I must say the Sol Rep Amps Air has the best sound out of all of the wireless I have tried, but I can't help not to mention that certain music genre from the Sol Rep gave it a unnatural sound to the music. Some frequency like bass is exaggerated and some songs just doesn't sound as good. Needless to say, I don't miss it. In terms of features like volume and track adjustable from the unit itself is a big plus. It's very convenient and is less sensitive than the SG Icon X. I hated the SG Icon X's touch sensitive feature because I always accidentally change the tracks when wiping my sweat. It was very frustrating. The Jabra was just right on and I never have to worry about this. About the comfort, its like any other headphones, it takes time getting use to. After finding the right gel and fit, I almost don't even notice that I have them on. I think I covered most of the important things and what I like about this headphone. Again, I think the most important in a true wireless feature is consistent connectivity, sounds and comfort. The Jabra Elite is definitely a winner on my book and after long research and trip to Best Buy several times made it worth the hassle on finding the right true wireless for me. I hope that some of you have the same experience as I do with this headphone. Buy it and try it for yourself. True wireless headphones is about to take over and you should start from using Jabra Elite.

I gave it a three stars because of the price is a little steep for what is worth. Feels kind of cheaply made and the sound level was weaked. I think if the sound would have been loud to begin with rather than making the customer to wait for the app software updates, I would have kept it. Also the headphones seems difficult to take out of the charger. It was slippery and tight. I really wanted to keep this but I just couldn't get around the weak sound that comes out of it out of the box. Maybe this was rushed and needs to compete with Airpods. I don't think it was necessary. Other than that the support from the manufacturer was quick to responsed to my questions about the low level issues. Until they get the low level volume fix, I recommend to go elsewhere. Read my Sol Republic Amp Air review.

If I can give this more than 5 stars I would. This is by far the best sounding true wireless that I ever own. I tried the others and either they have connection issues or the sound is not as good. Yes, this maybe bulky but its because the bass driver needs some room to fit in. And I am sure SOL's engineering department did their best to keep this small as they can. Overall, superb sounding true wireless headphone. Buy it!!!

This is not my first true wireless headphone but I must say this beats out my previous set. First, the fit is just perfect and the looks is great. Samsung did a phenomenal job on this headphone. The sound is well balance and doesn't require any equalizer at all. I listen to all sort of type of genre of music and so far they all sounded fairly well. The isolation is also great and there's an option from outside ambient to be heard for safety precautions. As far as the ease of use of this device, there is no buttons. Just place the earphone into your ears and it turns on automattically. I am a huge Apple product fan but I think Samsung has gain my respect for them. This headphone truly rocks!!! The only negative which isn't much of an issue is the battery life. For streaming from the phone is 1.5 hours and 3 hours from the device itself. But if you can get around this minor issue, you will enjoy this device. The most important to consider here is the convenience. Ignore the little issues and enjoy this new technology. I am sure second generation will come sooner enough.

Just works...

I was looking for something that just works. I had the Sony MEX-N5100BT before this unit and it had bells and whistles but the "Open App" feature on that thing was annoying. There was no way of disabling it and all I wanted was simple, get in the car and automatically play my music with my iPhone via bluetooth without any additional press of a button. I know the DSXA400BT doesn't have a CD capability and doesn't play MP3 CD but who even use them anymore? Maybe for some, but my iPhone is always with me and I always set my playlist from using Spotify and playlist. Carrying CD is just another media I have to worry about. This unit is simple. If you like to stream from your phone via Bluetooth and where you left off from your playlist, this is the unit. It just work and very convenient. If you want bells and whistles, look elsewhere.

Best product ever...

In all honesty I was skeptical about this product. But I couldn't resist not trying this since this had been a dream of mine. I knew it was just a matter of time that sometime we are going to start seeing true-wireless bluetooth headphones and so here we are, present day. Thank you Earin! Anyways, before purchasing this headphone, I went through some of the reviews here and from the website. It was definitely a tough decision but I had to try it. I am so glad to go by my instinct and tried this for myself. My first pair was an epic fail. The right side kept getting disconnected and sometimes mysteriously quit working. So I took it back and exchanged it for another pair and hoping that is not defective. And my thought was right, the second pair I have is almost perfect. The right ear hardly loses sound and more stable. I'm thinking maybe the earlier batch has some defects but that's just my theory. I notice that my first pair was in a 300's the last 3 digits of the serial number. And my current is in the 500's last digit of the serial number. So for those whose had sound dropping from the right ear, check your serial number. I'm guessing the higher it is the less issue you may have. Anyhow, this is a promising headphone and it is definitely for those who workout and moves around a bit.

Great for running and workout

I previously owned the JF3 and I thought that was a great headset even though I did have a slight gripe about the weight and size. Thank you for the update and coming up with JF4, I ran on this on a treadmill and finally this stays on in my ears and it felt more secure. I think it is because of lesser weight and size. It definitely made a lot of difference. Sound may not be as good as the previous version but I'm giving it time to burn-in a little and getting use to, I'm sure it will be just fine. I didn't think 40% less is a big deal until I compared the JF3 and JF4 side by side. There is quite a difference between the two, JF4 is the winner here. Battery life maybe lesser but just charge it every other day to make sure it's enough for your workout activity and besides who works out for over 4 hours a day anyways? Unless that person is obsessed about working out. Reality of it all, this headset is perfect for heavy movement workout activities that will sure benefit who is an avid gym user or someone who moves around.
What's great about it: Light and easy to,set up
What's not so great: The price maybe a little steep for some

Incredible

Before I learn that this soundbar unit existed, Bose soundbar was the choice for my home theater. Sometimes I wish I never learn about this unit but at the same time I'm glad I did. It was almost a love and hate relationship. I love the fact that the sound is incredibly unbelievable and I hate that it cost so much. At the end of the day, I'm blessed to even be able to afford this soundbar and gave me more reason to watch movies and appreciate every bit of what the directors intended. Also this unit sounds good from the get go. Get it out the box, plug it in and put DVD and press play. Sit back and get ready to blown away. Overall, I think this unit justify it's worth once you hear it for yourself. Until then, you never know what you are missing.
What's great about it: Incredible sound
What's not so great: Not a lot people can afford it.

Simple the best phone out there!!
By skymuscle83 from Joplin,MO
I went form a 16 gb 3gs to the new iPhone 4s and I simply love it!!! Everything on this phone is amazing!!! Siri is absolutely great with all the things it does and it's only a beta still!!! It will get even better. Buy this phone you will love it! I will say do not buy a life proof case for it because they are terrible. Stick to the good old Otter Box for your protection of this phone. The life proof have terrible hearing when on the phone, I've got bad reception with the case on great without it. Stick to the otter box because this phone needs protecting. 90% glass front and back. don't take the chance on breaking it, buy a case. Wonderful phone needs protecting so go buy one!!!

Hi! I am not affiliated with Lifeproof but I just wanted to point out that I own a lifeproof and it works great. I tested it and all the people I have spoken to with it had no problem. I do have the 2nd generation Lifeproof and they may have fixed the issue. Otter cases are good as well but they are kind of bulky. Thats all!

I dunno why people are complaining...
By HAL2016
So, I was hesitant to purchase these headphones because of the mixed reviews. Now, after having used them to run outside and work inside at the gym, I believe the problem lies with user error. First, ensure the things are completely charged. You'll need to give them at least an hour. While you're waiting, download the free app to your iPhone. Once the things are fully charged, remove the LEFT earpiece from the charger first. The LEFT is the master. Pair that with your phone. Then remove the RIGHT slave to get that to pair to your iPhone. Use the free app to ensure both pieces are fully charged and connected to the phone. Lastly, turn on iTunes, press play, then go workout! While running outside, I did notice the RIGHT slave cut out for a nano second due to my head movement. It happened 3-4 times and was not a deal breaker to me. For indoors on the elliptical, I had 1 cut out from the right, but when I worked on weights, I had no problems. Hopefully, the next version will improve on the connection between slave and master. When not in use, always keep them in the charging case, otherwise, they will always be on. Make sure they are seated completely in place and the red light comes on or they'll never charge. I want these tiny things to last forever because they cost more than a small TV and I'll be mad if they die in 6 months like my old $150 Nike bluetooth earbuds. I love that I don't have annoying wires and can zone out because I cannot hear anything or anyone around me. These Earins are also awesome headphones/ear-plugs when worn in an airplane with annoying co-passengers who talk too much!

I agree...

Most users are impatient. I had been waiting for this type of earphones that is truly wireless (Cordless) for a long time and its finally here and most users here just
throws a bad review as if anything like this has been around for awhile. Give this developer some slacks. It's one of the first true wireless earbuds ever came out in the market and it's not gonna be perfect. I must say, these earbuds has amazing sounds. The clarity and details is awesome right out of the box and beats other bluetooth earbuds. I really look forward to 2nd generation from these guys.

Hit Or Miss, My experience:
By IDontDoItOften
Before purchasing them, I researched these headphones extensively through Earin's kickstarter message board, facebook page, and sites like this one. I purchased as part of the second round of pre-orders (which were a mess, more on that later...) and received my set ~early January, 1 month ago.
Cons:
- <1 second dropouts, very rarely for me. Early batches like those sent to bestbuy, "kickstarter" versions, and presale #1 seem to have some sets with much, much worse connectivity problems
- Some are reported to not work out-of-the-box, BB should be no trouble for returns/exchanges, but the supply is currently very limited and...
- Small company (Earin, not BB), overwhelmed = awful customer service across the board, as seen through their delayed responses (or none at all) to technical problems and their botched presales with a crippled site
- Have to reconnect the headphones to the charging capsule to retry a connection or establish a new one, a minor inconvenience
- Require an app to stay connected for long periods on iPhone, workaround possible with jailbreak/activator app use; may be better on android or at least easier to work around
Pros:
- Great battery life, I very rarely run them down; If you go mono and alternate, they will literally last all day
- Capsule is very compact and looks great; Make sure to put the back of the buds in contact with the charger and then click the front/in-ear portion into place w/ the rubber for best use
- Very small, as small or smaller than the earbud portion of my wired earbuds
- Work well with my old Acer Windows 10 laptop and with my iPhone 6
- Convenient for exercising
- Long range in my experience: across the house, may be device dependent
Finally, I recommend searching Ebay for e-cig pouches as a protectice case for your capsule: some suppliers will make them to your specified dimensions, 3 and 3/4 inches in length x 7/8 inches in diameter. I recommend these, but with the caveat that there is some likelihood that the ones you buy may have issues, especially if they have the word "kickstarter edition" or something similar engraved on them.

Gave In To Temptation
By Malik
I started following Earin's progress shortly after their Kickstarter ended. I had began looking around for a pair of wireless earbuds that I could wear at work that would not interfere with my job. After seeing their Kickstarter page, I knew these were the ones I wanted.
So I patiently awaited for them to be available. And waited. And waited. Then I heard they started shipping and shortly after were available on their website. After two failed attempts at getting them on their site, I gave up.
Then I heard one day they were showing up at Best Buy stores (and even before Kickstarter backers had even gotten theirs) After a couple of weeks, I walked into my local Best Buy and found them.
I had been reading reviews of them, and noticed they were getting mixed reviews. Some said they were great. Other said they were awful and to stay away. After debating for a day or two, I gave in and bought a pair. This is my honest review after about a month of using them.
I'll start off with the primary reason I wanted these. I wanted to be able to listen to music, while at work. However, technically I'm not suppose to as I am a machine operator. So I wanted a wireless earbud that I could just wear in one ear and have my other ear free to be able to hear my surroundings. I also needed something small and discreet, to be able to get away with wearing them.
Earin met both of those criteria. They truly are the worlds smallest and fit very comfortably in my ear. In the box came two pairs of the Comply foam tips, and one pair of the standard rubber tips you're use to seeing with the in-ear style buds. So far I've only used the rubber tips and they fit great in my ear. I've not had any problem with them falling out at all or any discomfort with them being in my ears.
The sound quality, to me, sounds great. I'm no audiophile but to me the music comes in very clear. So no complaints there.
Other positives I can list are the ability to pair either the left or right individually so only one can be used at a time. During an 8 hour shift I never have to worry about them being dead and I use one then once it's dead swap it with the other and let it charge. The charging capsule/carry case is very nice, lightweight and sleek looking. And while on the subject of looks, the packaging itself is very nice. Also, I've seen some people complain about not having a mic built in, but I bought these for the sole purpose of listening to music and don't want a mic in them. The addition of a mic would only raise the cost or make the buds bigger. I enjoy the simplicity of them.
Now on to the cons. First off, yes, there are connection issues sometimes. I rarely use both at the same time, but the few times I have the right bud does seem to cut out at times. However, since I mostly use them one at a time, this isn't an issue I'm worried about. Also almost every time I remove one from the charging capsule and connect it to my iPhone, it will connect, then after a few seconds disconnect. Fixing this is just a matter of reconnecting, then most times it's good to go. On a few occasions, it won't repair, so I'll have to place it back in the charger for a second or two, remove it and try again. It always reconnects on the second attempt. And there have been a few times where it will just disconnect after 2 or 3 songs, where again, I have to place it back in the charger, take it out and connect again. All of these are a minor annoyance, but nothing that can't be fixed within a matter of a few seconds.
Battery life is kinda up in the air. I wish it held it's charge longer, but can understand that due to it's small size it has a small battery and thus can't hold a charge more than a few hours. However, only using one does in fact extend the battery life.
Lastly, the cost. After tax I paid about $327 dollars for these which I feel to be just a bit expensive especially considering it doesn't have all the extra features such as a mic that I've seen in other wireless earbuds on the market here lately that cost the same. I feel that the cost should be cheaper considering all they are good for is listening to music.
Would I recommend these to a friend? Yes and no. If you're dying right now to have a solid pair of wireless earbuds that are light weight and comfortable and don't mind the minor hassle of having to reconnect them from time to time, I'd say get them. But if you feel you can wait, then wait. I'm hoping the price of this technology will eventually drop and perhaps they'll be able to improve on them in the future. Earin has a good thing going for them. It's not perfect by any means, but the potential is there.

Keep the app open...
February 13, 2016
By having the battery life detected. Your connection will be more stable or at least has a better reconnecting if when the sound drops.
This has been succesful remedy for sound drop issues for me. The pros outweigh the cons and I never want to go back to old traditional cord headphones. I think with this type earbuds they should refer to them as cord free earbuds as opposed to wireless.
