Built to go the distance. Trainer for iPod nano starts with a wide, stretch armband that adjusts to fit arms up to 19 inches in circumference. A slide-ring adjusts the band to fit then holds it in place. Trainer has a lightweight windowed case to hold your iPod. The perforated case frame is backed with sweat-wicking neoprene, allowing airflow to keep things cool and comfortable. A transparent touch-through window provides access to your Multi-Touch display, so you can adjust volume, navigate playlists, and control your iPod. Keep your iPod protected no matter what the trail or road throws at you, with a Trainer armband.
I'm not sure what the reviewer was talking about when they said this was the size of a Mac truck. I bought this today and it fits my 7th Generation Nano like a glove. There are two holes on the bottom of the armband, one for the lightening cable and one for the headphones. There is, unfortunately, no way to access the volume and 'skip song' button on the side of the Nano. Although, I guess it doesn't matter too much since you can access those functions from the touch screen. The only two things I'm not fond of is the part where you insert the Nano gaps a bit in the back (it worries me that sweat may get to my iPod when working out) and the armband is an adjustable elastic piece that is attached (on both sides) to the armband. I'd much rather have an armband that loops and attaches with velcro (like the Belkin armband). Also, the elastic, even when fully expanded, is rather small (and I'm saying this as a female). A male, of even average bicep size, will likely have the elastic cut into their arm. Overall it isn't a bad armband, but not really worth the price.
