Quick and Easy Workout DVD

I've started traveling weekly for work and decided to bring some work out dvd's with me to do in the hotel room. This DVD requires little space and nothing besides good supportive workout shoes. Can create a custom workout with the 6 different 10 minute workouts or do just one if strapped for time. Instructor is very perky and keeps me motivated. Don't think I would have tried this one when I was first getting back into shape but now that I'm 2 months in this was a great addition to my DVD rotation.

What's great about it: quick and targets problem areas
What's not so great: fast pace may not be good for beginners

Mellow Ab Work-out DVD

Decent work out dvd if just starting out, coming back from an injury, or a big yogi. Personally I found it to slow, even the "cardio" segments. It has 5 segments plus a bonus one you can download. I almost fell asleep in the Pilates ab work out segment, the music was so calming that I couldn't feel it. My mother however loves it since she doesn't like the overly active aerobic workouts.

What's not so great: way to slow and mellow

Great Work-Out DVD

Great work-out DVD. I have been traveling for work and I bring it along to do in the hotel room. Don't need a lot of room. Only equipment needed are some hand weights (if you want). Gives you a great all body work out. Time wise you spend more time on your lower body, but your whole body will feel the burn after one session. Have only done it a few times but it will stay in my dvd rotation.

What's not so great: focuses more on legs time-wise than the rest of the body
