Confidence lost in APC products

I have owned many APC products over the years. This UPS however is being returned. Three times now the unit has 'crashed', resulting in a continuous tone and loss of power to the so called protected devices. Unplugging the UPS and holding down the power button is the only way to revive it.

*UPDATE*

August 9, 2016

APC went above and beyond to contact me and arrange overnight shipment of a replacement UPS. So far the replacement has worked flawlessly. Apparently there was an issue with an early production batch.
