Blu Ray Doesn't Play

I bought a copy from Best Buy last week. Opened it up, put it in the Blu Ray player, it didn't load, just a black screen. I have the latest firmware on my Samsung. I let it sit there for 10 minutes...still didn't load.
Put it in my PS3 and it displays "Invalid Disc". Figured..."Oh ok, maybe it's just a bad copy?"
Exchanged it for another one, brought it home...guess what...same thing. Tried it in another Blu Ray player and no go. I hope they will take this back for a full refund since it's been opened.
What's great about it: I know it's a good movie but...
What's not so great: Didn't work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
